Nice video, thanks for highlighting the changes.
I love how the refrigerator and the bathroom are right here at the back door
Nice review. Thank you 🙏🏼
Hi, we toured the FD a few days ago - thanks so much! You are awesome! See you in January to order one!
Can this be ordered with a Murphy bed?
Great overview Dave!
Thanks Art!
Awesome video man!
Love this trailer. Wish i had one
Wow that is sweet looking inside and out
Pontoon boat conversion, eliminating trailer. setting directly on floating platform. autostart outboard marine engine with pilot's house steering. Front window navigation. Will have to slightly remodel bed area to refitting pilot helm steer. Update.Steering control will drop from ceiling on a pivoting arm attached.
There is an example already in use on another modern houseboat.
That's a great little RV for an active RV'er......... someone who is maybe not so much a destination type operator but more traveling. A little short on storage, even for a small RV. Jayco seems to fit the bill better there. But, all in all, I really like this one. Like that you ordered the oven. We like ovens.
Great. Love it... As is 🙌
Like the warmer interior
What are the bed dimensions? Is the sofa s Jack knife? Dimensions?
Always change all the locks in your RV.
Whys that??
@@backwoodsstyle9333 Could be because a new lock would make sure you have a lock YOU own...
@@backwoodsstyle9333 do you own a home built from the ground up by a company or contractor? Your house key has like 50 copies from the plumber to the foreman. Always change your locks
We just purchased our 2021 today & are so pumped. We pick it up Saturday. The craftsmanship, quality parts & materials used are superior to the others. We were torn between this and the wolf pup black label. This one was much better all the way around.
You’re going to love it! We hear so much positive feedback from our customers on these Geo Pros. Thanks for the comment
@@RousseausRVWalkthroughs That’s good to hear. We’re picking it up in a few hours and we are super excited!! 😎
Bt 26x I own a wolf pup and I’m looking at upgrading to Geo pro. Hands down way better quality. But you get what you pay for. The pup was cheap compared to the Geo pro
How much was this?
@@rogern5368 agreed, that was the deciding factor for me. Worth the money, the other not so much.
So where are the inverters, batteries, and electrical systems located in this rig?
Nice walk through, like the new changes , keep the video's coming
walk through
@@MrCoconut09 😊 thanks
Doesn't the plumbing get trashed being right behind the rear wheel?
Offroad package? Looks like a lot of plumbing hanging down, not to mention no armour in the front.
Wish they had modified the storage left of the kitchen to enable a murphy bed fold out as it would really increase the floor space and make it easier to to get in and out of bed.
Care to mention the shower mizer feature?
You can get the murphy bed with the slide now , 19 FDS.
Indeed! I can't wait to get one in stock!
Not a fan of the bland beige interior. Much preferred the light grey interior of previous years’ models.
One reason they went with the grey was to get away from the ubiquitous brown/beige. What's new is old. Ha.
Great trailer. What is the price for basic model?
Wait...does the vehicle really charge the house batteries while traveling? That's not common.
Are these able to be customized? Not a huge fan of the color/material choices of the interior, would it be possible to get it without any of the seating from the popout?
They make a great trailer, but there is very little in terms of customization. The interior colors are standard and they don’t have the option to change them. With the pop out sofa, in this case it’s actually required because it sits on top of the slide room. If the sofa were removed there would still be a carpet shelf about 2 feet off the ground where the bottom of the slide room is.
With Rockwood/Geo they sometimes will be able to leave things out but I have yet to see them add anything.
Is the bike rack standard on most models or an option ? I have seen people remove it due to bike’s in turns damaging the tow vehicle.
It would be preferred to not have it on the front.
I saw one person found a way to rear mount a bike rack.
The Bike rack is an option on all models
Eh, you NEED 500-1k lb fudge factor between the trailer's MAX weight and tow vehicle's MAX tow capacity! Please correct this in future videos.
Wish you had opened some windows to see how much they open up.
How much are they selling for?
Would be nice to have a compartment for portable generators.
Are there connections to the solar panel to add an additional solar panel when you're parked?
My 2019 has an external connection on the side for a portable solar panel. As this model has. No add on capabilities up top.
Tire size and clearance???
Too bad the thermostat and controls are hidden by the slide out, when it's in.
Do the solar panels work pretty well? Would we still need a generator?
We have been impressed with how well the solar panels work. That being said, you would still need a generator if you wanted to run the A/C or microwave. Those require more power than the solar and inverter can support.
Ahh….this would be a no for me for these reasons: 1 there is not enough storage in this rv. 2 Even though the sink is suppose to be an upgrade, it’s still too small. 3 with a rv that size, the fridge could be a little bigger.
Also how much trouble are you in if the motor goes out on the power jack
There is a crank that comes with the unit that you can use to move the Jack up and down if the motor goes. It isn’t difficult but it takes more time.
Couch needs to be recliner
Wow
I like that it is off road ready. Nice fridge. I wish it had two axles and the bed not tucked into three walls. Is that floor carpeting?
Keep an eye out for the new 20FBS floorplan. It is very similar to this but the bed will go north to south instead of east to west. Still a single axle. No carpeting
@@RousseausRVWalkthroughs Thank you for responding. I couldn't imagine that it was carpeting, but felt I needed to ask as I couldn't tell from your walk-around. I'm very glad for the change of the bed position. Do any of the GeoPro offer both the bed direction and two axles?
Currently there are no 2 axle Geos
Super nice but the interior color is a deal breaker for me. Wish they had options for that.
What's the price, there's no price listed on your website. Interested in it more for my parents who are looking at something a bit smaller.
Hi Brandon! We just updated the price of this 19FBS on our website. Check it out www.rousseausrv.com/New-Inventory-2021-Forest-River-Trailer-Rockwood-Geo-Pro-G19FBS-Forest-River-Rockwood-rousseausrv-9152583?ref=list

@@danunger3240 at that time we had the price listed for the stock unit we had. Now with the stock unit having sold we do not list the price due to the fact that it will have to be an ordered unit and the price will vary based on options, and it will also be a different number due to a recent price increase. Nice video...I assume there is price increase for the '21.5 ?
There has been a recent price increase due to at least three factors: higher freight cost, increase in the cost of materials and standard upgrades such as the 190Watt solar.
-20% off of MSRP and you own it
@@RousseausRVWalkthroughs Don't forget INFLATION!, Biden's President now.
Does the couch fold down into a bed?
Yes it does
Why do travel trailers never have counter space!?
Always a trade off with the limited space available. Sometimes they do try to compensate with countertop extensions.
Look at the Imagine 17mke! It has great counter space. But perhaps women don't have much of a say in the final product.
Why do manufacturers keep using DVD players when today's standard is Blu-Ray?
I wonder that all the time. A DVD player is useless to me.
Where do you eat? no table?
There is a long table that sets up in front of the sofa. It can store behind the sofa when not in use.
is the underbelly heated
Tanks have heaters but the underbelly is not covered.
Jayco done that for awhile
Like everything but the microwave being high up. Safety to easy to spill hot food on yourself.
Is the TV 12 volt
Yes it is
A 19' trailer with a east west bed? That's a deal killer, noone want to crawl over their SO to go to the bathroom at night
How much do these run
Now in the high 20’s
Can I tow this safely with my Jeep JL? I will only get the Oven option
Red Face..at 3000 I would think you CAN TOW. I would like to tow with my SAHARA.
would like to get a view of the bathroom since it's behind a door... :)
It's a sholet, shitter is inside the shower

I'm I the only one saw the black lady on the TV doing sign language? her facial expressions are too much, just for the brief second it distracted me from the RV, I really don't think we are cut out this line of work, we are very facial expressional people I will never forget the other sister got up there I don't know what case that was if she was doing sign language and she was just making mess up live 😳😬 as if no one will know, 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I know this has nothing to do with the RV but I had to say it before someone else did,
Anyway well done I really like the camper it's exactly what happen looking for actually
I'm also interested in price
Msrp is 23,995
MSRP $28599
Sell price $23,995
@@RousseausRVWalkthroughs I’m interested in this model trailer. How do I get ahold of you
Whoa, whoa! You need additional capacity above your trailer's GCVW (Dry weight + Cargo Carrying Capacity CCC), not just dry weight. That's the empty weight of the trailer with NOTHING else in it!. Water, propane, tools, and other accessory weight need to be added in. Please don't recommend this to your customers. In this case, the 19FBS has a dry weight (UVW) of 3075 lbs and carrying capacity of 1238 lbs. Your tow vehicle needs AT least a 4300 lbs towing capacity. This is beyond what most small to midsize SUVs can tow, which is ~3500 lbs.
You make good points. We evaluate tow vehicles on a case by case basis and will never recommend a trailer that is too much for the tow vehicle. It doesn’t serve the customer or the dealership to mismatch the camper and tow vehicle
I should not have said 500-1000 but 1000+ in this case to account for CCC. I’ll be careful with this in future videos
Would a V6 Toyota Tacoma tow this ok ?
@@jeffincabo nope
@@jeffincabo the base can’t but with towing package for your Tacoma you could
@@tomking5358 can a Honda Ridgeline 5000Lb tow capacity tow this?
3t weight? That's a lot, I can't see it breaking into Europe at that weight
I don't think anybody cares.
Just a word of advice 3000lbs would probably be too much for a vehicle with a 3500lb tow rating there's no way your pulling 3k with a front wheel drive minivan or car. 3000 lbs is more suited for a 4.3V6 or small V8 with a heavier duty transmission and oil cooler Otherwise you will just have problems, but like this guy says always be very observant of gross weights and capacities of both the trailer and tow vehicle
I have a RAV4 trd off-road, with a towing capacity of 3,500lbs, but it is AWD. I am still unsure of what I can pull with this. I hear 80% of the 3,500lbs, but I see other people towing a little more past 80% with their non-AWD vehicles
@@jennysbirthingstory2975 you just have to gauge the vehicles capability in terms of towing I've never towed with a 4 cylinder vehicle any rv more than 2000lbs with a vehicle of that nature is what I would call near maximum because you just don't want problems out on the road potentially blowing a head gasket or over heating issues 3500lbs is max for a dodge caravan with fwd and 3.3 or 3.8 motor size V6 and imo aren't capable of towing a suitcase lol have had many issues with them transmissions overheating way prematurely... and then the terrain is also important to know too where your headed is it really hilly or mostly flat road?
Also too if your vehicle is of the turbocharged variety you have to be even more careful because turbo does increase power and torque but at the expense of durability in terms of internal engine parts like pistons main bearings head gaskets and higher operating temperatures also remember the biggest enemy in the transmission is heat bigger naturally aspirated powertrains are best suited for towing applications imo I would take manufacturer towing claims with a grain of salt...take my advice and/or talk to ppl who have similar vehicles with similar loads 😀
Drive down the road and use this camper like it is now? Whoa, I my state you get hit hard if caught with people in a trailer when its being pulled be a a moving vehicle. Some states impound the trailer.
I’m fairly certain I didn’t suggest driving down the road with people inside the camper. That’s illegal and extremely dangerous.
Microwave at the wrong place
Just not enough storage nor duallys!
No kitchen counter space for prepping your food, no kitchen table o sit and eat, need to have a three way refrigerator, over priced for its size.
Get rid of that cheap looking couch and replace it with theater seating.
Theater seats are awesome. Unfortunately in this model the sofa is actually sitting on the bottom of the slide room so it can’t be swapped.
He takes all day to review the whole camper hurry
i fell asleep twice from your monotone voice while watching this.
If you have trouble falling asleep in the future it’s good to know that this video is here for you
A microwave that would require a short person to stand on a step ladder in order to be able to reach it for microwaving. And how is the person supposed to be able then climb down the step ladder with a hit dish in their hand? Also, there is absolutely NO counter top space! And, ah, yes! the wall-to-wall bed, which is impossible to make up. And how come he didn't' show us how to set up the table for eating? No storage space - period! This RV or camper is NOT worth the price of admission!
Maybe a larger trailer for you then?
Sounds like it’s not the right camper for you, doesn’t mean it’s not perfect for other people’s needs.
I would never purchase a camper. They are royal pieces of junk. Not the right camper? who in the hell do you think you are making a statement like that?
@@lcaceci43 why is that such a bad thing to say? Am I missing something? You said “this RV or camper is not worth the price of admission” and all I said was that it may not be the right camper for you, doesn’t mean it’s not perfect for other people’s needs.
I would definitely need a countertop or prep table also a place to eat. I didn’t notice this was missing. Saw this on the price is right and thought it was nice. It is but will need more towing capacity than my Traverse can tow!
