Zubac is always awesome, the thing is that Clippers team is stacked with superstars and there's always some drama around those big names, so he doesn't get mentioned so much. But yes, his contribution is great, always playing hard, getting boards, playing good D...Everything it takes for his team.

Ty Lue ran many different starting lineups during the season just in case they didn't have Kawhi for a stretch. Starting Amir Coffey, PJ Tucker, and sometimes playing Terance Mann at Kawhi's spot.

Mavs have to step it up defensively. Clippers won't be shooting like this all series, but they gotta figure out how to stop Zubac at the rim and limit Russ's emergy they were eating well. Not only that they were rebounding the ball pretty well. Mann with 9 rebounds and he's a guard. Dallas got work to do.
Clippers need more minutes from Westbrook, he brings excellent energy to the field

It all depends on how the aMavs defend Zubac. IF they flood the lane with help the perimeter will be open.

I've only cought a handful of Clipper games, but everytime I have, Zubac has looked awesome. Glad to see he got a lot of touches. Mav's looked rusty; you could tell that they sat their players the last couple of games of the season. Too much time off. Expect this to be a 6-7 game series, flip of the coin on who wins

I really dont see why analysts believe in the mavs. They have 2 ball dominant stars and its cool to watch but its not winning basketball. Clippers have a TEAM. That's why he's perfect for this Clippers team. He doesn't need to always excel in the playoffs because there's at least 3 other dudes who can go nuclear. No pressure to be the #1 or even #2 guy.

Getting Zub involved early like this is going to be huge because he is the biggest threat to the Mavs. They don’t really have someone that matches up well against him and once Kawhi comes back and the floor is even more stretched he’s going to have a field day if they can keep him going. Zub could average 20 this series easily and that’s going to be hard to beat because Russ is going to give you at least 10, harden Kawhi and pg are going to get you 15-25 pretty much guaranteed. And they have great role players coming in the 2nd rotation. Not even mentioning all the experience on this team. Not a fan but they could make a deep run this year if they keep playing smart and aggressive.

Credits to Ty Lue. The MAVs offense didn't seem to work like usual with Luka always attacking of the Pick and Roll.
I think its interesting that Ty doesn't have a deal for next year. There are a few teams that may be looking for new coaches. Lakers, Suns, Bucks, Celtics, Cavs. A number of teams could look to get a refresh and Ty can stay in the Clippers but can also go somewhere else where the stars are healthy in the post season
