I’m one of the ones you inspired to do a 75hard. Now on the other end of it, fitness and reading has been thoroughly integrated into my life, even when it’s not required.
Last year I did the #75Hard challenge. 75 days of workouts, strict diets and discipline. What I didn’t expect were these 5 massive mental shifts that hit me like a ton-of-bricks.
Dan: Thanks for sharing!! I heard about 75 Hard through YOU & started it on 12/14/20. As of today (2/1/21) I'm down 29 lbs. I can't thank you enough & I strongly agree with your observations/mental shifts. I've learned a TON through the program so far including: Forcing Functions (positive habits/routines crowding out negative habits/routines), the power of small details (one day missing progress picture can cause you to fail/restart the program), pacing (better pace the water intake to hit a gallon per day - comfortably), and certainly the 5 Shifts you shared. THANKS - you helped me kick off my year - will be the best year ever!!
Thanks so much for sharing these learnings Dan...especially your perspective on doing hard things, that makes me want to be resilient. I haven't done 75hard, but I completely agree with you onthe mental shifts that happen when you do things consistently. For me that's been meditating and exercising everyday. I can see the mindset shift within me. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.
Done this challenge twice.first on day 8 because I forgot to read an extra page then today day 12 I had a cheat meal. 0 motivation . Im so committed to losing weight but I dont know what diet to follow. I am 80kg want to be 70kg. I need this challenge to keep me on my toes whilst I deal with addiction.
I swear I’ll never get to complete the 75 Hard. I started 3 weeks ago …. Had to stop because the air quality outdoors SUCKS on the East Coast right now. I finally felt like ok cool we’re getting a ton of rain, things are clearing up… I started again … and here we are again with the air quality. It’s so bad out, my eyes and throat are burning. I’m going to have to re start when there aren’t so many interruptions. I hate this because I’m so motivated to do this, and when the time comes where it’ll be doable I’ll lose all motivation 😂
I was ready ! Started it and I nearly got a stress fx from too much exercise ! Had to quit. Rehab. Now. Darn it I am gonna finish this ! Plan to restart. But. How do yu prevent injury ????? I can push thru the other requirements. But at age 59. I gotta Be wise ! Any thoughts ?

If you could interview with Andy Frisella , Alex Hormozi and Leila Hormozi that would be great.
Your collaboration would be so great.

The title says challenge. It’s not a challenge. It’s a mental toughness recalibration program.
Thanks Dan...is there a half hard or 30 soft? Jk...looking forward to kicking this off. What was your diet?
