The hardest thing is letting go of your family members. And it has happened to me. I was in a negative home that was causing pain. And I had to make a decision and leave for my own good.
I've set boundaries with family and it's helped me a lot. I didn't leave but I don't allow them to bring my life down and don't get upset with how they live there lives.
Same to me here. My mom is good but dad spoiled everyone at home with his toxity. Silence and brutal emotional torture that was in our house was unbearable . We coudnt talk about it. It was him who always felt right. Well, I ran away for my life. I do help back but from distance. Even my communication with them is very less. Am healing from several past trauma on my own. It's hardest job ever but worth it. I hope one day I will be composed and confident enough to share my story so that it will change someone's life.

This year was pretty tough,I had my university exam and i got admitted to university in English language and Literature department in my country .I really had difficulties not only while getting ready to exam but also i got my heart broken by someone i know for 3 years.I have been shattered, broken and miserable all year.I swear i was crying all the time like 3 times in a week ,And also there were people around me that i will be unemployed. You can guess how sad one can be under circumstances like that.I want to move to Uk and because of the pandemic i cant do right now but i will do it someday i promise. And my heart is healing i feel this. Hope we can both achieve the goals we have set .Thank you and sending you hugs xx
I am following you from 2013. You are a great mentor. You are changing lives of millions.

I am currently 18. Thanks for sharing good insights. Would apply in my life and would improve everyday
Im 20 and im suffering from all this but this video came to me like a gift of life
The hardest thing is letting go of your family members. And it has happened to me. I was in a negative home that was causing pain. And I had to make a decision and leave for my own good.
I've set boundaries with family and it's helped me a lot. I didn't leave but I don't allow them to bring my life down and don't get upset with how they live there lives.
It's a sad thing to say but sometimes the enemy is in our own family.
@@zamzamunique3164 hello Zamzam, you are strong and courageous and I know you you will be able to tell your story. Pain is tough to deal with and I know your in a much peaceful place and that’s good. Know that you are not alone and you can always reach out to me (:
@@jessicamaggana2513 thank you so much 🙏. I really appreciate this. Where can I reach you?
Absolutely Love this "you can play with toxic people or you can live at world class, you can't do both"
So wise man! Thanks Mr Robin! Greetings from Kazakhstan
You just changed my day. I did a 360 because of you. So happy I found you! You’re a life saver! We need more people like you on tv and social media and less negative and misleading for the youth and people
Turning 25,
It's never late to implement these.
Thank you Robin 🙏🏼
I am 26 and still learning ...
Same
Me too
Better late than never
Thanks Robin! I look at my life in increments. I set daily goals, I also set certain goals weekly and monthly. For example, I might say "June is eating right month". I find this helps the goal not look so difficult because I trick my brain into thinking the goal is only for a short period of time. Fantastic results!!
im 19 years old. take notes and soaking up as much knowledge as I can. Thankful to have come across this video.
2) Everything happens for my growth
3) when you own your morning you elevate your life
Yes!
1. Delete people in your life who still your Joy
2. Everything that happens in your life is good for you
3. Own and elevate your mornings.
4. A difference between being busy being busy and being genuinely productive.

I am reading your book now. I am 39 years old. When I was 20, I had not had access to the Internet. People in their 20s are lucky to live in this time. Please take advantage of what you have. I wish I am in my 20 now, but arriving late is better than not arriving at all :)
It’s never too late

Beautiful segment of the mastery session - being 19 right now, lost in life in a cycle of self confidence, this has allowed me to remember what I stand for, and that I do have value. You've been such an amazing role model of mine, and listening to your methodologies and life tactics has really helped me elevate my mental health, and my personal growth.
Thank you so much.
You're the only who changed my life I read the monk who sold his Ferrari and it was the beginning then leader who has no title and leadership book and destiny book and finally the 5 am club thank u very much God bless you 😍

7. the best of the best understand that when you take care of the relationship, the money takes care of itself
It was in 2021 when i saw the 5 AM club book on the shelf of a humble bookshop. Though i didn't know the writer, but when i opened it and started reading the first pages standing, i was astonished by the simplified ideas and Robin's unique writing style especially the pages where the spellbinder talks about mediocrity and world class performers. Wow .. what a book ! What a writer !
The 5 AM Club is more of a science book .
Thanks Robin.
"A bad day for the ego is a good day for the soul." Wow I never thought about this especially during bad times when our focus is on that "bad" thing that happened. Only later in life that we can finally understand why it had to occur. Thanks for the wonderful insight Robin.
