Couldn't be happier Andrew. Of course, I would be a little happier if Guy and Huskie Bob would let me try it - LOL! Thanks again my friend!
Happy big kids with big toys🤗😎😄
Thats a beauty Gord!! Nice to see Andrew stopping by
I'll bet you are having a lot of fun in that new processor. LOL! Cheers Kev!
Wow. What a great tool. 🌸
Good lord , that makes wood splitting look fun, I could see this becoming a Tom Sawyer tool, friends and neighbors lining up to split all your firewood Gord!!
LOL! Good evening VB! I think you are onto something, there! LOL!
That thing cranks through some wood! Thanks for sharing!
Morning Jay!
SNOOOOW ty on a BAD day I can always count on you and your videos to make me happy THANK YOU.....

Now that is a nice splitter! Thanks for the tour!
Cheers Bob!
My favourite splitter, makes nice firewood, will handle any size rounds. Cheers my friend.
You’ll love it!
Cheers Mike!
That is one heck of a machine, It makes splitting firewood very enjoyable. I liked using my buddy Tonys AXIS and I am looking forward to playing with it again!
I feel like I am working in my shop, Chris! So comfortable not having to bend or balance rounds. Thanks for dropping by today! Stay safe out there!
Time to give the ultra a sibling Chris!
Chris you need a Eastonmade processor :)
WOW 😍
Cheers,
Yves from Boisbriand, Quebec, Canada
Loved the peaceful music to start the video. I'm saving money heating the house each year with wood so maybe I can justify an Eastonmade in my future. :-) I love the attention to quality and functionality from Andrew and his team.
Thanks Ian! My favourite time of the day - watching the sun rise. Have a great week!
Good ad for a quality product.
Love it i would love to have one an one day I will!!!!!
Congratulations on the splitter!
Thanks John!
Very nice splitter! Looking forward to you guys putting the Axis through its paces. Thanks!
Cheers Tom!
Not gonna lie Gord. I’m jealous! 😆
Wow. That splitter looks awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Typical Andrew fashion, TOP NOTCH..... You build incredible products. Absolutely incredible. I just ordered a tandem load, Hmmm.... Think my wife would notice another splitter, Na.... they all look the same to her. I'm golden !!!!
LOL! Too funny OT! Sooner or later she will notice... :)) All the best, sir!
Great information and great products continued success
Thanks so much Tim!
Now I'm drooling! That's really amazing. Good job on the build quality and talking operator efficiency into consideration. I'm amazed.
Wow bit early to see the lake frooze over. Congratulations on the new splitter. Andrew certainly keeps a smile on you guys!
I am awfully grateful Jim! Yup, had to catch the sunrise for you good folks. Cheers!
That has to be the best splitter on the market. Makes me want to take a cutting torch to my Black diamond splitter LOL
haha easton made bob!! love it!!
LOL!
Oh man that's absolutely a brut of a spliter wow can't wait to see you all slapping wood through 😀👍💥
The DM100 Stonemaker looks like a great addition to the Eastonmade family!
That splitter is awesome! That would definitely save my back ,especially after a spinal fusion!
You are one lucky man Gord. Nice new toy
:)) Very fortunate for sure. Cheers Doug!
Gord, you now have the best Splitter for Senior dudes like myself, 😂🚜👍🏼🪵🇺🇸
The Canadian enthusiasm was full on. I envy your equipment GP! But you use all of it. Thanks for this great video and there was a wood splitter advert in the break! Still too warm down here to burn much but we have some frost in the mornings. Love the log lift. Great video! Thank you!
Thanks John! Finally got a couple of inches this week but she's not staying. Be well!
Chris in the wood yard would Love to have one of these new machines. Andrew, this is a Great Log Splitter, Thanks for Sharing this.
Great video guys first that splitter is awesome i want one and i don't even burn wood and i think the partnership with you and Easton made is a great thing its good content for you and great advertisement for them keep up the great videos have a great day be safe.
Nice splitter. Should serve you well. I'm sure you treated Andrew with an extra shot of Bailey's in his coffee ;)
Love watching people using that machine. Wish I was a younger man.
@ the 10:32 mark. The moment Guy fell in love with this machine. Lol. That’s a pretty impressive machine.
LOL! Yup. :)) Have a good day Joe!
Fantastic splitter. I hope you film your first use.
Arrrrghhhh!! The opening scene gave me shivvers GP !! That's a unique machine and I can see how it would super nice in the woodpile. Andrew and his team sure come up with some really good ideas. This is the slickest of this style I've seen yet. I really like the torsion spring axles. An excellent and information filled video my friend !!
This looks like the one. Great unit.
I've always loved the Axis. Many great benefits and features - perhaps my favorite two are: 1. The ability to split the wood exactly where you want (select size splitting), 2: Higher table height - much easier on your back! Great machine. - Chad
Hi Chad! So nice to work at table height and handsfree, for sure. Take care and have a great day!
i like it
We can be very proud of Andrew and his team for making the best splitters in North American (maybe the Universe too!). There is a lot of ingenuity in those machines. Thanks!
You bet Joe! Very proud of them! I'll bet you are loving the new excavator!
I like how easton made conducts himself. His products are nice and user-friendly. Those splitters are built tough and have that tailor made look . Great video keep up the good work !
Thanks Anthony! He makes good product.
If you're not looking to win the race that looks like the best splitter to me.
Your jackets have Eastonmade orange in them.
Awesome splitter! The workbench is my favorite part of it.
Nice looking unit!🍻🌴
Morning MC!
Nice video GP and Andrew - another splitter that is made for production and ease for the operators that want to thin out larger trees but were worried about splitting ( lifting onto splitter). Cheers and stay safe
Cheers Buddy!
Keep up the great content. Love your channel, so much you inspired me to start my own channel. It will never be as successful as yours but I love doing it and that is all that matters and you are the inspiration that got me going. Thanks and happy holidays!
Hey good evening Sean and Lisa! Don't ever think that! You will do great! I promise! Just be yourselves and be honest and as your channel grows, don't give in to those marketing offers that might compromise your integrity. Have fun and share your story. I wish you both all the best, and hey, Happy Holidays!
That's a pretty nice log splitter.
Awesome Machine. I cant wait to watch you all run that thing. Take Care !!!
I love it I want one
Beautiful country you live in buddy, That new log splitter is awesome! That's gonna be an excellent edition for you guys!
Morning Biff! Great to hear from you - hope you are keeping well!
@@GPOutdoors Thanks man, Iv been good, can’t wait to see more of that splitter in action, that thing is like a work of art! Very impressive build quality, they really did think of everything
Very nice Eastonmade splitter for sure! Thanks for letting the guys test it out on the channel. Andrew - thanks for dropping this off for the crew….👍
Awesome guys and machines, only wish shipping wasn't so high to get one down here in the states. Enjoyed it GP, Cheers!
THAT is a beautiful machine, Gord. It’s so great when things are so well thought out. Good stuff!
Thanks Ed! I can't wait to get my hands on it - Bobbie and Guy are pretty smitten. LOL!
Well GP, how can it get any better. Two of the best channels on UA-cam combined. A great channel to start with then you add an awesome log splitter manufacturer.... it's just simply awesome...I hope both of you and your families have a wonderful Christmas....Be blessed and stay safe
Good morning and thanks very kindly Bear! Andrew is a class act, no doubt. All the best to you and yours too, sir!
Geez, Andrew. You're making everyone else look cheap when it comes to gift giving. I know GP and the boys are going to love that Axis splitter.
:)) Cheers B!
Wow what a great design ! Looking forward to seeing it tackle the Elm. Great video.
Hello there GP and Andrew!!! What a nice looking machine this is. Looks like a great set up for standing and splitting. Easier on the back is a game changer. Thanks for sharing and thanks to Eastonmade for providing the splitter!!!
Morning Grampie!
If you don’t have back issues, you will.
Nice machine!
That looks like a game changer.
Wow! Well thought through design. I can see how this will make things SO much easier. Congrats, GP!
Thanks Larry!
That is a Nice looking splitter GP have a great day ! Kioti Curt :-)
Hey good morning Curt! Hope all is well!
First time I see the Axis without the conveyor. Makes sense and the detail for finish makes this an outstanding machine! Great product and Canadian built! Just loving it!
Cheers
Phil
Morning Phil! It's a beauty, for sure. We thought we would do well without the conveyor option for this setup primarily here. Can't wait to spin it up myself! Have a great week!
Hmm a DM 100 Stonemaker. Interesting addition to the lineup
I can hardly wait for a Axis to come to my firewood yard, in Gaston, Oregon. The large 700 pound White Oak rounds that are 35 plus inches in diameter are so hard to deal with. Nice video.
Awesome looking splitter, and seems like a great company. Thanks for the upload..:)
Now that's a nice way to split wood, well done , Andrew has done a great job in building this model.
Morning Reg! He sure has. Such a wonderful piece of equipment. Hope you are keeping well, sir!
@@GPOutdoors Good mornin' Gord,..I'm doing well, thank you. I omitted to comment on the absolutely peaceful looking scenery in front of your Cabin, that you showed us.
Thanks for that too. It did not go un-noticed Brother! :)
Wow, what a nice machine! I think I'll get one just to look at.
Now we are talking. What a well made nice machine. 👍
Fantastic splitter. I will say I looked over the website and got sticker shock. I would buy one in a second if it were in my budget!
Gord, that was one BIG GRIN, you had there. Bob & Guy sure had a lot of fun. Andrew where is your Santa Cap.
The Eastonmade AXIS is hands down the best splitter available for the small wood burner short of getting a wood processor. Power, control of the round, speed, the log lift and the availability to add a small conveyor, gives Andrew a home run with the AXIS.
That vertical splitter seems very efficient - keep the round together after splitting, slide the whole thing to the edge of the table then stack! Love the foot pedal...
that is a awesome splitter would like to give it a try looks like it would be very easy on the back thanks for sharing take care
Thanks to that machine it made me look a bit differently at how I use my smaller splitter. What I mean is I split a bit more efficiently splitting into cubes instead of pie splits. Try using the head splitting into a cube grid. Nice for medium and smaller spits. Nice splitter great video production!
Great point Stan. And thanks!
What an amazing collaboration Gord and Andrew. I just love watching both of your channels and look forward to seeing more of these great machines. I would buy an AXIS in a heart beat if I had a property where I could process firewood. From a fellow Ontarian... Cheers!
I rent my woodyard and sales space. In the summer I can't keep up just working firewood on the weekends.
Thanks Kevin! Andrew makes some great stuff for sure. Cheers and thanks for your support!
That’s a very nice machine 👍
My back loves it as well!! This will be my next splitter.
Can't be in a hurry to get one, I ordered one last February. I'm told it's being built this week.
@@markw2266 that's true. I was told about a year on the waiting list.
Morning Mark! You must be getting excited. Be there soon- hope you enjoy it!
It is awfully nice to work at workbench height for sure, WH! Cheers!
Good evening Sir, Great firewood splitter and very well made in deed 👌💪👍🧐 Cheers 🍻 ( You are almost to your 500 video's !!! )
Morning Dave! Yup just about there. Hope you are keeping well - we are finally getting a little snow here. Be well and all the best!
@@GPOutdoors Good evening, Yes I'm almost finish my 10 weeks on line distance learning and pounching 40 hrs at work and on Friday the 10 dec, I'm may open a bottle of beer to celebrate the end of that cours 🤭😉👍 Be safe, Be well and YES HAVE FUN GP 👌🤣👍🍻
LOL! That's a wonderful achievement Dave. Right now, I will raise my glass to you, and with you! Cheers and congratulations!!
@@GPOutdoors THANK YOU SO VERY KINDLY FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING SUPPORT MON AMI 👌👍😉😇🙏 Cheers🍻👌😉
Dave, thank YOU for all your support. U were one of my first supporters and I am very grateful for that. :))
What a beauty! (The splitter) Though you gents are looking good too in your matching gear. 😁 Great ergonomics and design on the splitter. Will look forward to how you think efficiency compares with the horizontal multi-wedge splitter. Hope you get a turn to use it soon, Gord. Great videos, as always. Thank you.
Morning Christopher - thanks! LOL! I finally did. :)) Have a wonderful weekend!
The DM100 Stonemaker is an interesting machine.
Just awesome GP. Very nice machine 👍. Andrew a great guy
hey nice vid.
that is one nice machine..
would be interesting to put one of those up head to head on say a champion 20 ton ..hint hint. lol.
great job.
Glenn.
Just so you know,,I shut off a Santana song to watch this, ,,,,,, it was worth it !!!!!
LOL! Morning skeets! Well, now I am humbled for sure. :)) Thanks so much - have a great day out there!
Andrew is a class act. Have nwver heard him say a bad thing about any of his competitors. He's gone as far to say that you realiy can't go wrong with buying any of the major brands of commercial grade wood splitters.
He is a humble and kind gent for sure HF. Thanks!
Got mine a couple months ago... absolutely love it.. the conveyer is a must you should add it on... your going to find that the wood piles up fast even with the single wedge.. great machine none the less..
Morning SFF! Great to hear the feedback. I wasn't sure if we really needed it but we'll see - might be a need to add it later. Great to hear you are enjoying yours!
So awesome that you’re finally getting to try out the Axis! What a machine, I feel like it would be the perfect fit for the size of wood that you guys split and how/where are you split it looking forward to seeing you run the machine in a future video! Have a good one Gord!
Good morning and thanks DR! I can't wait to run it. (If Guy and Bob let me - LOL!) They are like big kids at Christmas. :)) Have a great week out there and all the best to you!
What a nice unit. Looking forward to see you try it and get some hours on it.
Thanks THS!
Ice in the coffee in the winter? Methinks the cold Canadian weether has affected Husky Bob something fierce. Cheers mate!
LOL! Cheers HF!
If I was going to get a splitter I would take a serious look at the Eastonmade for sure.
One of the best reviews of the axis waiting to see what directoin im going looking at the japa 405 perfect split but if going to keep cutting by saw the axis will be the way i go
Super fortissima💪💪💪💪💪💪👌👌👌👌
Good evening Gord, looking good up there! Great looking Log Splitter that Andrew brought you to give it a good workout! It’s going to be used really good. Looks like Guy and Bob got right into the swing of things. They both did a great job. You’ll be doing the setup and delivery of the logs but they might let you operate it some also. 😉 Looks like you all will enjoy having The Axis around there and giving it a good workout. Thanks for sharing with us, stay safe and keep having fun. Fred. 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻✋🏻✋🏻
So true Fred! They won't let me use it yet! That foot pedal is surprisingly easy and much better - lets our hands stay free- much safer I think. Thanks for watching, as always Fred. I greatly appreciate you. All the best!
Boys and more toys. Is this a great world or what.
Ahh. The solitude of a frozen snow covered lake. Peace.
Good product just as long as the exhaust is not pointing at intake
LOL! I heard about that little burp. Easy fix of course...:))
Not bad Andrew…only two “eh”s in 15 minutes. 😆
Cheers. 🇨🇦
LOL!
We cut and split a lot of white oak. Have you tried the axis with White oak? Red Oak and Black oak are much easier, at least here in Missouri. White oak has a much greater fibrous crossover in the split.
Looks like Andrew brought you the cream-of-the-crop. I wonder if the Guinness Book of World Records has a category for "Most Log Splitters Demoed." I'm sure you'd be at the top or close to it. I think Andrew would look nice in one of those GP Outdoors Coats (my wife sure loves hers!). Looking forward to seeing lots of Axis videos.
Morning Joe! Great to hear she still enjoys it! I wish I had one to give him, for sure. All the best to you and your family!
