您好,我在70年代中,因為要移民美國,所以在香港期間學習做中餐,西餐就包括旺角2012年才結業的美而廉餐廳,但是移民後,這些香港的廚藝沒有用多久,因為當年這裏唐人埠仔是流行炒雜碎做春卷等,我後來回大學讀書拿了學位,做了高科技30多年直至退休多年,現時懷舊了,尋找當年焗豬扒飯的港式做法,看了很多廚師的煮法,都不像美而廉餐廳的煮法,直至看到你的節目,特別是最後用麵粉的煮法,與我記憶中美而廉餐廳的煮法是一樣的,頂讚!
我做餐飲在美國幾十年,這樣做適合家庭的廚房,効果相當好,出來效果有專業水平,更好的是省油(商業的油炸),比較其他的短片好多了。
講解清晰,做法亦簡單,睇得好開心。

Tried making this for dinner, but instead of rice I did it with spaghetti!! I also added carrot slices and it blends well with the tomato sauce~!! Pork chop feels a bit plain in taste, but maybe it's just my problem with handling meat... I had learned a lot from your recipe! Thank you for sharing!!!

Ok嘅 不過飯底同埋啲肉質感會比較差
You can batch 75% cook (not fully cooked) the tomato onion toppings, and prepare the sauce (stir again when use). Keep them in fridge, good for a week. Fried rice you can not pre-cook because it will be very fridge-dry; if not picky to have fried rice, you can replace it with spaghetti or plain rice. Also can't pre-cook is pork chop, as hard to bring inside back warm.
