I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr James am really grateful
I have sat for Real Estate Exam for the 4th time now and still failed, i guess licence isn't meant for people like me😭

First thing is first you have to examine the situation who what when why where! Second off I came up with a really small short story about people giving shit to people there is no such thing "Indian Giver" not allowed no emoji mind changes. You also have to factor in time and how long etc. I came up with a real good scenario about a billy and Joe who is in a dispute over owner ship of a RV now keep in mind whatever there relationship is irrelevant granted it was some more connection it could possibly be worse then on either. Keep in mind this scenario billy gives Not rents, a RV to joe however billy paid for this and paid for that the fact is that is irrelevant so court mr billy decides to ask for rv back after 6 years because Billy had a mood swing see the fact is if Billy really wanted the RV back within the first 30 days he might have had a chance after that court already knows Billy did not rent the RV to bob and why after 6 years the fact is bob is not renting the RV and Billy is in denial that' he is trying to be a giver backer there is no such thing Billy can wolf all days talk about money all day and bullshit his way out of everything the fact is like i said before he is denials of trying to be a giver backer simple case closed you cannot not give something and ask for it back because of a mood change after 6 years case closed bob wins RV commen sense there is no argument there is no bullshit there is no woofing stupid comments bob wins RV
