skip to 8:00 and he’ll finally start the actual questions you’re welcome
Got damn this guy can talk and talk…
And even then he only covers only a few questions
@@SunRaeeeee this one is an anomaly, watch his other videos and the exam reviews these guys really help.
I passed my exam today!! All your videos were so helpful!! Thank You very much! 4/24/23
Congratulations
Congratulations 🎉
Is the prep was the only package you study???
Congrats what state?
Joe I just wanted to thank you, thanks to your amazing videos and sage advice I passed the national and state exams in Massachusetts on my first try. I will be forever grateful Thanks again
30 minutes only 5 questions answered. For me I learn more when I see multiple questions and you just say it’s A because of this and not C because of this then move on to the next question. There’s likely 2 similar answers with 1 being alittle better. You are a great teacher and very knowledgeable but sometimes you get off course. The more questions we see the better chance we have. Thank you for all your help joe! I’m not trying to be rude I’m giving honest feedback. I’ve been watching your videos for 3 months now and am very very thankful but I do fast forward through most of your videos because I’m trying to review questions
@ 22:10 he even comments saying 'now i lost train of my thought, where was i?'...
Yea, he gets side tracked.
Agree with this comment!
I left after 10 minutes of his blabbing away…

Thanks joe! I’m taking my real estate classes right now and was already familiar with everything the instructor was saying because of you! Going though school like a breeze!
mutual Consent(offer and acceptance), lawful objects, consideration, capable parties
Passed my exam on the first try! Thank you soooooo much for the videos!!!!💯💯💯💯💯
What exactly did you study the most? I have the prep agent course app! Did you use that or just these UA-cam videos?
From my state commission exam site, I looked at the areas that had the most questions and used them to identify my focus areas. I actually took a Colibri online course. But the UA-cam videos were a good quick review resource as well as a few other sites. I listened to them throughout the day. Make sure you study your real estate law and contracts definitely! Good luck to you! You can do it! (There are free practice tests online as well.)
This webinar was much helpful to understand the concept of contracts

Thank you for your help. Shorter intro would have been better lol
Has anyone here joined prep agent from Canada?
I know some things are different and don't apply, but I think it'd still be worth it to join just for the practice questions.

My architect brain can’t move past it: A door not closing is a POSSIBLE SIGN of foundation issues****
Foundations are expected to move slightly and the movement is supposed to be accounted for. Foundation movement doesn’t automatically mean an issue. There are numerous other reasons a door may not close (hence the material fact coming into play).
Mutual consent , consideration,
only 4 questions for the whole 30 mins:(
Promise 5 words every morning
I promise
Please stop making your voice so loud so suddenly. The microphone is too close.
You need to select that answers for all of the questions you give. Because some of us are passing by and you talk too much. Like you didn’t give the answer for the first one and went on and on and on and on and on and I can’t see the answer to it and it’s the case with a lot of your videos. Don’t want to be rude it’s just that it’s frustrating.
This sounds like hes either high or drunk but functioning lol
