I think it's advertising from aliexpress sellers without real backing. On box or user manual manufaturer never stated that its 'bone conduction' or 'swetproof', or 'titanium wire' :) it's declared as open ear headphones
I bought them "because" they're "air conduction" . I have inner ear problems and get hospitalized once a year because of vertigo, not counting endless er visits. These were just for me. Ears free, hands free, only touches the earlobe no other part of ear is touched or vibrated(aside from hearing part and it's stimulated the usual way we hear, trough air) . Yes it is not bone conducted.

I buy them BECAUSE they're NOT bone but ARE AIR CONDUCTION. I have severe vertigo issues because my inner ear has two illnesses. These are nearly as good as custom made for me. No part that goes into ear canal, thus ear canal is airated very good. No bone vibrations so my inner ear can not be get effected As a healthy person you do you. BUT PLEASE don't say DON'T BUY for these type of products. I am quite afraid that it will inevitably go out of market that I have bought two more just in case. You are all within your rights to warn people about x3 is not a single headphone type in internet it seems and some are bone, but some are air conducting, so be sure you are buying the correct x3 while buting from internet.
it's product that advertise bone conduting that is not delivering, it's fake product, and probably manufaturer name is also fake, and also very bad headphones, and anoying to others in room with you. Good for you that you like it, but I don't share you opinion.

It also said ergonomic/non ergonomic (I had laughed at that, but it's true too, not really much ergonomic intraearwise😅 but does fit neck and outer ear helix) I remember these because I also bought other bone conducting ones with it, and had to send bone conducting ones back. And am currently looking at the packages of the ones I bought yesterday(😅) as a precaution/spare. It specifically writes on package air(or diaphragm sometimes)conducting(propagation) an has the sign of it printed. So do sellers lie about bone conducting about this one? Yes. But mine didn't. Does product itself/producers lie about it? No. Again, yes, buyers do need to get warned about this. So thank you for this video. But people like me exists, and I wanted to put an asterisk to one of the finer details of the situation.
put them on if they are not in your ear they are bone conducting. plug your ears with them on if you can hear they are bone conductive.
I bought it few months ago, good price BUT not comfortable to put on at ALL!! maximum I am hold on to it like...10minutes.. :-(
I gave my to my wife, she have smaller head than me so not that uncomfortable, and like free stuff :D

Bought another one. Comfortable can put on head for over 2hours plus.

Its a crap product. Mine can't on after 3 weeks usage. Battery life 1 hour and sound is poor.
