    Life saver!!! Just worked a 12 hour night shift at the ER desk and my body is not use to sitting so long. This is just what I needed. And short and sweet but hit the sore spots. Thank you Julia!!! ❤

    Had a spine surgery in 2020 (bulging disc), and really struggled with consistent mobility workouts since then - 'till I found your channel half a year ago. What a blessing. Gotta buy you another coffe or two.

    Julia, If you did a video specifically for releasing tension from the upper trapezius muscles I would be eternally grateful. This is a consistent problem area for me.
