I found these bands to be great. As you noted, they are very light and take little space. I have been able to remain physically fit while living in our rv full time over the past year. I recommend them for anyone that prefers a physical workout even if you need to workout from home.

I love my bands! I have three anchors on the wall Which allows me to do any exercise I want. At 66 years of age I got rid of the free weights And the bands are a great replacement . Enjoying all your videos !

I’ve been a convert to tubular bands with handles. No free weights since March. Able to do All of the basic weight training exercises with no tendinitis issues- which always resulted if I overtrain with weights. Good luck

A great video and a great idea for me for traveling, working on television and radio I have to be away from a gym for weeks on end. I never thought of this. You guys are the best.

@@IreneIronTravels As mentioned in the past and recently to Adventure Endeavour, you guys should post some of your workouts ! We also bring dumbbells, bands and mats when we travel in our travel trailer.
Good for you guys bringing your gear with you when you travel! It is definitely not the norm out here to see people pumping weights! We used to do a lot of Instagram work outs and will have to get some things up on UA-cam. It's unfortunate that type of content doesn't get rewarded with views. Thanks for watching and commenting!

5:10 I think using these resistance bands on abrasive surfaces (beach stones, concrete etc.) will shorten their lifespan. Just found your channel. Looks interesting. Best wishes going forward. Cheers.

Yes, you do have to be careful as they are made out of a type of rubber. We use a mat underneath of them ( or something not sharp/abrasive) and they've been holding up great. Coming up on a year and no breaks!
Those look like very nice resistant bands - I am 160 lbs overweight - I have lost 40 lbs with changing my diet, working out but when covid hit I could no longer go to the gym - I am diabetic, and I have asthma plus the obesity - I bought some weights to work out at home - 5lbs, and I got board - I bought a 20lb and can't even begin to lift that - pretty weak yes - I am a male 59 years old and retired scientist - so I should know better, but I am very interested if these bands are not too expensive in ordering them so that I can work out at home - I have been working with a diabetic nurse and we now have my glucose numbers under control, I am taking way less insulin and feel better, but I am in total isolation because of covid, and only am out to get groceries, and to the pharmacy - and I have been watching your videos when you cook - could you please share information on the resistant bands - would love to order if not too expensive and get started with you guys on a smaller scale - you two look really fit - I would like to get at least 40 more lbs off by next March - thanks for listening....My name is Mark Killough, and I live in Clinton, Illinois - located in the heart of Central Illinois between Bloomington-Normal, and Decatur. Hello: Are you going to do any videos on the bands and/or some type of week to week fitness program?
Hello! Chris's 90 day challenge is coming to an end this month. She will be doing some type of a closing video. Also, we will be updating a video on what we carry for fitness and also examples of our workout program and how we incorporate fitness with travel. I don't think we will ever do weekly workout videos as they just don't draw the audience. But, you never know, some day maybe we will! We can now say that the bands will be a part of our regime for sure. We love using them. Thanks for watching!
