Geez-o-petes! The speed that the Amtrak trains hit Milford diamond is insane! I had no idea that diamonds could be hit at that speed. That's what 60, 70? Wow! Great footage, love northern Indiana!
19:33 I'm a total sucker for perfectly tuned K5Hs. This sounds just like the one I pointed out in another vid of yours recently. I've been able to catch a few in my time, but sadly a lot of them on the NS and CSX have been replaced for a while now
Awesome! 40/41 back when it was a high priority mail train.

At this time through here it was 79mph for Amtrak & 60 for freight on the B&O. Thanks for the comments!
Yep. Walkerton was the same way.
60-70 mph diamond! Wow. Nice footage!
29:00 Quad Chessie pulling piggybacks, amazing.

18:45 Amtrak GP40TC :O
Awesome video! Love the old stuff. Do you know if CSX had merged with the other railroads at that time?
Thanks for the comments. Merged? Not sure what you mean, but some acquisitions by CSX around this time were RF&P in 1991 and P&LE in 1992.
@@wmuzeke , your correct merged was not the right word. I did mean acquired.
Fantastic! Thanks for sharing this with us!
Brake check guy at 20:20 haha
That could've ended a lot worse! Crew might've needed a change of pants at the next crew stop...
It's also at the beginning with the truck
