  • My first fitness-related video! This video takes you through what a week typically looks like for me when I hit the gym. I may do another one of these if my split ever changes but right now, this is a good summary of what I usually do in the gym every week, minus some cardio and mobility that were not filmed.

      Out of frame! I try not to get any one in my shots. My gym is also very big so there’s a lot of space
