    I juat want to thank you for all your content. I am going on month 10 of vestibular neuritis and I had a very difficult time finding any help in my area and I don't think I would be ad nesr as far as I am without all your help! I honestly feel like I am around 85 to 90% back to myself but continue to still have a few issues. I am not really dizzy as much as off balance and feel like its my eye so this will be a great exercise for my eye! Thanks again for your content!

      This makes me so happy! And that is exactly why I wanted to start this channel. Too many people do not have access to specialist information just because of location and vestibular therapy is effective in so many cases that I wanted to make sure everyone could have access to this info! Let me know if there’s still some lingering issues your having☺️

      Peggy, I have a similar story. Had vestibular neuritis about 14 months ago and I feel like I'm 85 to 90% better, although if I get fatigued, it can stir up my symptoms. Right now I'm working on convergence (eye focus) at PT.

      thank you for the input, good luck with that one! YOu can add cognitive components to any exercise. Name a city while you turn, count backwards from 100 by 3 every time you catch a ball, recall all the restaurants in your city each time you bend over etc. Be creative with it!

    If one side is worse do I do more exercise on that side or should it always be equal? Is this also the same for other vestibular exercises. Thankyou

    If your recovery is to a higher baseline dizziness that takes hours to recover from that means you did too many and/or too fast, right? Even if it is just a few?

    • @treatdizzinessathome2023
      @treatdizzinessathome2023  8 місяців тому

      yes , but it truly shouldnt take someone hours to recovery from one turn. from 10 quick ones, yes! but just start slow with simply one rep, wait until you feel back down to baseline - then add another. Does that help?
