Unless you have a towbar, Westfalia in my case, I couldn't even reach all of the bolts, but the plastic bumper was only attached with the 6 torx 25 screws by the wheels, and had been since 2004! It would also be almost impossible to reach the 4x m6 bolts that hold the plastic part, but I managed to attach the new plastic bumper with 2 automotive bolts with a torx had and a flexible socket driver, or whatever you call it.
eric mourinho no new bumper needed with most toe bars. Some times you might have to cut a small bit to clearance were the hitch comes out but mostly no need. Thanks for comment like and subscribe reel helps out.
Caddy is the best. For reliability road holding comfort but most expansive as well generally. I just got my sixt caddy three weeks ago 2016 model never had much trouble with any of them mate. Thanks for the comments. 👍
I think you can it will take wings bonnet and ever other piece of the front end. Never didn't before. And it has two face lifts since 2008 2011 2016 I think. So maybe a 2011 and front end is the way to go and the bonnet will be the same as yours so might be easyer. Hope this helps thanks for the comment.
Short, sweet and to the point - and saved me loads of time and head scratching - thanks a million :)
Thanks very much mate. got a 2016 caddy three weeks ago so more to come 👍

A steel bumper and hitch would be cool

Mine has 380.000km on the clock, what can I say, no parts have felt of and most of the interior is still like almost new.
Is it possible to fit the latest caddy front end to my 2008 caddy?
