Excellent points, especially how the other versions sold out and instead of just a reprint, theyve given it a new storyline. Only thing negative I can say is some I have introduced it to dislike the feeling of a necron falling on your head and wounding you when you’re on a spawn point. We played with the idea that if you spawn on an occupied point, all other numbered points spawn instead…
@ fairly certain the gamers in my group with 30+ years each of boardgame experience get that. It doesnt stop them from making Donkey Kong noises when it happens.
My son and I have played 3 scenarios. I think the different Wargear gives some variety, and there are also rules for Titus if you picked up the Space Marine 2 board game. I want to create my own boards with larger tiles so I can you my tyranid collection. Thanks for giving the game a review. I couldn’t find one when I bought the game, so got it blind, but had fun with my son which was the objective. Thanks for video.
Yeah, Maybe similar to Labyrinth of Necrons - so what! Maybe it gets different in the later stages of the game? I’m a huge Space Hulk fan, so I kind of like this theme better. And Cody, IF you bought this game from Target, it included a Titus Card, but no figure. You know that game Space Marine 2, also from Target?! Yeah, there ya go…. Now you can play Titus in Tyranid Attack. If you bought it from Barnes and Noble however, your out of luck!
How does it feel from a random/swingy point-of-view? It seems like if you’re unlucky on a few draws, your team can be half gone quickly and there’s no recovering from that.
Agreed on both frons reskin but love both. simple and great solo fun.
Indeed. Great game!
Love Labyrinth of the Nectons , if I can get my hands on a copy of Tyranid attack I would grab it for sure.
Great games. Thanks!
AGREE!! Both are just plain ole fun !!!!!!!
@@jonlatino9964 Indeed.
Impressive. Most impressive...

Interesting. I like the idea that you have to be careful to avoid the spawn points if you can. Thanks!
That is the main thing with this game. You know where the spawn points are and should avoid them unless you want to take the chance.

Literally a reskin of Labyrinth of the Necrons.
@@robertyoung8486 Yes. I address this in the video.
And still great fun!!

@@Tombonzo GW sent me a review copy. Thanks!
I have the Space Hulk: Death Angel card game, and I love it solo.
@@bergstro I own it, but have never played it.
Full Discrimination. 10/10
Ha!

Oh, there is a ton of luck. Dice heavy game. Still, it's short enough that I don't mind it.
Do you know why there’s no people on the moon. Because chuck norris was there
@@bestatstartrek2179 Ha!
Still no version of this game available in the EU. 😢
Hopefully soon.
I have this and the Necron version. Happy to have them both ! I also have Space Hulk 4th edition.
@@vo1non Great games!
@vo1non - Dude, same! Necrons, Tyranid Attack And SH 4th edition!! Woot! And a few other Barnes and Noble/Target exclusives as well!
These minis also work well to help fill out an Angels of Death (AoD) kill team for the latest edition (2024) of the 40K skirmish game Kill Team.
Excellent.
