i realised this cycle thing by myself and noticed every time i come back i get better and better so lately ive been just stopping for like a good 2-3 months then come back and warm up for like a few days then i end up being like 5 times better than the previous time
I stopped playing Valorant, My duo and I just weren't having fun anymore. We played for basically the same time yet I got to Ascendent 2 and he was stuck in high plat. We couldnt even q together that is what made it frustrating. The game rewarded me more cos of the fact that I played duelist while he played initiator. I played riskier so I would get rewarded with many kills and rr but for him there is a limit to how much you can support your team as skye or breach. That then spiralled to him being uncertain of his own abilities and skill level. It sucked for him and for me. All my other friends who we played with since the start all slowly stopped playing. It was just us now and honestly, I miss the days when we used to 5 stack all of us in bronze. We were all bad but atleast we could play and enjoy the game without thinking about the grind.
i just started playing the game more often and peaked silver 2. i miss having friends to play with, it just made the experience better. now i only solo queue and the matchmaking system isn't getting better. i perform better than my teammates but still somehow get shitty teammates the next game, and the next. I'm planning to quit it, even though I genuinely enjoy it. reading this really helped me lean more into quitting than getting back into it. thanks, man.
@@xerOxxofaxEroxx No worries thanks for the reply, tbh you'll get shit team mates even in high ELO, idk if that helps but fore I used to think the higher I go the better the teammates, the players get better but what they are bad at changes
tbh the one thing that makes me hate the game so much are smurfs and what annoys me MORE is its so easy to get rid of them but val decides not to bc theyre shitttt. they could have just made it so you need to verfiy your acc with a phonenumber to hop on ranked...... also great video 👍
That’s valid, I thought letting people queue with more ranks when in 5 stacks, but then limiting to only playing other 5 stacks would alleviate things but maybe it hasn’t. Curious to see what Val does since Smurfs have always been a conversation in the community.
