imo 30 minutes is def the sweet spot for me and esp after you've done it for a while, you can shorten that even further. I replaced alot of my routine playlists with refrag routines but I still work on tracking and dynamic aim training routines here and there.
honestly brother really good vid i had the same issue when i was 10 i was dropping to like 1,3k same thing happend again couple days ago now i know what it takes to climb back to the leaderboards
1:05 is this your mousepad? You need a new one. This is completely done, which results in very inconsistent aiming due to a high variance in resistence.
ivan eternal cycle -> grind the hell out, take break, grind the hell out W vid, respect man putting so much effort that he get burnout from grinding faceit 😔
might have to incorporate this in my routine but in a 1 hour version. I have been feeling weird with my aim lately and lost around 150 elo (2100 to 1970)
Hey Hey Hey, wait a minute, here is my honest experience (13000+ hr cs experience): Aim trainers help you master the mouse. Having good aim is only related to dm. I had a short but very effective training to remember the mouse's reaction. I would enter cs stats and reduce it to 2 bots. Then I would use reverse strafe and tracking skills at the same time and one tap the bots while spinning. Sometimes 120, sometimes 180, sometimes 90. It would just remind me where to stop, then I would play dm for 25 minutes.
Aim training & dm works. However with diminishing returns. You're better off 2hrs a day for maximum benefit. Above that, you start to lose focus and it can even impact you negatively at that point. Since you start to get lazier with your pre aims and clears.
maybe at the beginning you need to start like a little warmupt (1h first daty or less, maybe 30 min) then you can rise the practice time to 1h or 2h on day 2 and you can continue like that when you fell comfortable with practice time, good ideea and also good results
As a holder of shit nutrition and not bad of a sleep,I have to say this is true, good sleep makes my reaction time normal or faster(I have 160-170 when I have good sleep and if and when not 200-210 even go up to 230)I think good sleep depends on quality of the sleep not quantity like u feel really light when waking up,it is as accurate as I can describe it so sorry, idk abt nutrition cuz mine is always shit but sleep part is true and forgot to say I am SILVER XD
this video reminds me when i did a training routine of flicking for 2 hours and 1 hour prefire Am still in silver bcs I never play the game, therefore not having enough practice and gamesense 😂
I personally wouldn't take cs that seriously but whatever works for you! :) everytime i play a game i either play very well or people are toxic and call me garbage.. i just play for fun
I feel like the challenge would have gone better for u if you took a 15-20 minute break in between each part of the aim training. But that would've made the training longer probably but since you had problems with focus in the beginning i feel like more breaks in between was the best choice you could have made. But good vid bro and congrats on faceit lvl 10 if thats your first time hitting it.
people make a big mistake holding the mouse like a real weapon if u play alot ur hand and arm will start hurting and u will need diffenrent power to move ur mouse that will mess up ur mikromovement but when u treat the mouse like u would hold a egg u can go for hourse and hourse and u muscel memory is more ez to build and to remember (also put ur hole arm on the table so it does not get heavier u allways want to use the same energy as u did the last movement ) i hope that makes sense my englisch aint the yellowe from the egg sry
I noticed that you start shooting a bit early -> before your cross confirms that u gonna kill. Not every time but especially second game frags. Some of them your kills and sprays are showing it. Don't get me wrong. I have the same problem that is why I started focusing on the head and one tabs shoots too in deathmatch. Now they want to kick me all the time with 50-60+ kills and 80_ headshots. Just focusing and raising that every inconsistent shot reveals an opportunity. With practice, hesitation becomes habit, and persistence turns imperfections into precision. So slow is smooth and smooth is fast. :)
Come see me doing these challenges live :)

Wasn't expecting you to learn the true key: Confidence. Also you definitely overkilled the routine. Should've done like 2 hours total.
