Hey Nicole! I'm so glad I found your videos. I've been implementing the journalling for about a week or so now and I can honestly say my pain has gone down by about 50%. Two years of pain in my neck, shoulder and jaw becoming a non-issue in my life! I've also started doing positive journalling where I write things I like or love about myself. This list I keep in a nice journal book. It helps me build my self esteem and understand what I can contribute to the world. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for the suggestion of journaling it ihas helped me with my pain. I just wish the pain would go away quicker than it has but progress is being made
I've started doing the work using your methods, with tremendous results by the way, I'm only a couple weeks in and I'm fully functioning again. Though I take it easy. But guess what? My eyes have been watering like crazy the past several days LOL!!
