- I have been dreaming of this muted watercolor set for almost a year now. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. In fact, I can't wait to devote an entire sketchbook to this incredible art nouveau set of watercolors.

@@kellyhoernig I just swatched them out and some of them had me gasping 😁 I even think the coral is gorgeous, I normally don't like that colour but this one has a slight brown hue I love and Grayish blue, flax beige and old mauve are probably getting abused the most. Love love love this palette

I saw a vid on these colours just yesterday and I KNEW you would love them. The vermillion is such a quintessential asian persimmon colour.

Just found your video today. Did you devote a sketchbook to this palette? If so, do you have a playlist for it? Also, did i hear right that you sprinkled water on your mass tone?
I did devote a sketchbook to the Kuretake Art Nouveau set. If you search my channel for kuretake you will find all the videos I created for it. I splash water on all of my art, especially swatching because it gives me a lovely texture and shows off the tones of each color as well.

I ordered these recently through Blick's sale. They are on backorder, but that's okay. I'll gladly wait for them. They're so pretty! Thanks for swatching them out.
Oh boy! I ordered them from Blick and they were on backorder for 5 months! I never got them. They have them on Amazon right now and St. Louis Art Supply. I love St. Louis Art Supply . Don't waist your time on Blick. I do like Blick too. But have a Storefront Blick near me so I can go in. But they didn't have that in their store either. Hope this helped you a little! Susan in AZ🏜️

Ohhh! Ahhh! You are going to love this set. The colors are wonderfully vintage and the creamiest watercolors I have ever worked with.
I just ordered this palette! I like the dull colors the most. Could you use granulation fluid with these?
I am going to try that. I have the granulation medium, just haven't used it yet. Thanks for the suggestion Kelli!
FYI, Kuretake has the figment information on their website. The Beige Gray is a PY3 PR101, PBk11, and PW6.
