The best thing to know if Someone is Valueing you is to not give them yourself right away and wait to give until you are in a commited relationship because if your giving them you right away then they dont need to committe because they already have you. It is best to not move into a relationship until you are both healed of Past triggers and Traumas and not to go in so fast. Strong relationships will happen slowing and over time your bonds will either grow strong or weak which is how you know who you should commit to or not. Relationships are tough and dont happen so easily and humans are complicated we often have alot going on in our lives and are difficult to open up, Patience and boundaries are Key to growing trust and understanding.
