    Good morning ma'am 🌄. first of all iam sorry for the not subscribed ur channel. I am from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.I learned so many healthy recipes from ur vedios. And I shared most healthy oats dosa to my relatives and neighbours.They r very happy to make tasty and healthy dosa.       Hello ma'am I bought yellow jowar flour from organic store in Vijayawada. I tried preparing dosa but it didn't come ...plz help. Dosa taste bitter and yellow in color but flour is white . Thank you Ma'am

    This is not ambali.Ambali is the fermented food,you can say it a soup.

    As far as i know Ambli is prepared in evening..kept overnight and then next day we serve it with buttermilk to get its maximum benefits..and it gives best result when you keep it in earthen pot overnight..is that true mam??

    Mam some moringa plants are bitter...recently i tried hands on drumsticks but it was as bitter as bitter gourd.

    A quick note on Moringa leaves - it’s actually heat nature in contrast to the cooling nature of jowar. They’re at cross purposes then, isn’t it? Just wondering.

    Thank you for all these wonderful recipes. If i substitute vegan curd with vegan milk, will it be okay. Because bit lazy, can go only as far as making vegan milk..

      just add a tsp of dairy curd to vegan milk and you get vegan curd after 8 hours, or you can let this sit overnight and allow it to ferment and use, then you will not need any curd. hope this helps.

      Yes it's really very healthy. Even in rajasthan during extreme heat loo we drink this vege. Optional and in winter we make bajra raabdi
      Drs also suggest it in dengue .

    Jowar flour/rava is soaked over night for it to ferment before cooking and turning it into ambali. Jowar cooks more easily after soaking as well. Otherwise it takes very long to cook if not soaked. My personal experience.

    Wrong Info. What you made is close to Ganji. Only after fermentation, it becomes Ambali
