Mam apka oats flour cookies ka video dekha us cookies me oats flour ke sath sath jwar aata de sakte hain? I think jawar is gluten free, instead of fresh coconut can I take dry coconut Plz reply want to make it for one petient.
As far as i know Ambli is prepared in evening..kept overnight and then next day we serve it with buttermilk to get its maximum benefits..and it gives best result when you keep it in earthen pot overnight..is that true mam??

just add a tsp of dairy curd to vegan milk and you get vegan curd after 8 hours, or you can let this sit overnight and allow it to ferment and use, then you will not need any curd. hope this helps.
Yes it's really very healthy. Even in rajasthan during extreme heat loo we drink this vege. Optional and in winter we make bajra raabdi Drs also suggest it in dengue .

Jowar flour/rava is soaked over night for it to ferment before cooking and turning it into ambali. Jowar cooks more easily after soaking as well. Otherwise it takes very long to cook if not soaked. My personal experience.

Ma'am Ambali should be fermented overnight. And had in the morning.

Wrong Info. What you made is close to Ganji. Only after fermentation, it becomes Ambali
