The whole briefing scene feels a little like Wolfenstein 2 the new colossus. Surreal but god dang that was intriguing.
@BestNudeModShowcases Story was alright, the highlight point for me was the atmospheric environment featuring a post-nuked New York City wasteland. Creepy is the word to describe it.
Price... a cool name for a wanted convict of the Reich.
Captain Price

Hoover is the same bastard coward he was in real life. He just has different masters.
That is a pretty damning thing to say about him! But very, very, true, indeed. I bet in real life, he would have been 10 times worse! I can honestly see him that way!
Hoover cared only about Hoover his entire life.
Lol,, stay mad
@@hankjones7829 hoover your daddy or what? lol
Hoover sucks.
"Why not ? Who's listening ?" It gives me chills everytime
In fairness, that was a fine PowerPoint
Nazis didn't *call* themselves 'Nazi'. That ID card is just silly.
@@jake.s7065 That wasnt the point. They called themselves national socialists. They didnt use an abbreviation.
@@jake.s7065 It actually did: ,,Nazi was a derogatory term for a backwards peasant, being a shortened version of Ignatius, a common name in Bavaria, the area from which the Nazis emerged."
i feel like instead it should say something like grossgermanisches reich or greater germanic reich or maybe even NSDAP the german abbreviation of the nazi party
Hello fellow nazis what nazi activities are we up to this evening.
@@rc59191 No no, we were just heil hitlering the boy and then heil hitlering yourself and of course heil hitlering Freddy Finkel
A high level, top secret military briefing seems like a terrible place to accuse the most powerful man on the continent of treason. Seems like that would be the job for a tribunal or the court system.
But, what do I know?
Power works different at the high levels, esp militafy power
Meritocracy works a bit different when you're a nazi.
Smith is the highest ranking American Nazi in this timeline. I think Berlin would recognise his usefulness as an “everyman” example to Americans. Showing how loyalty to the new regime is repaid and even someone on the bottom of the food chain can rise to his status. He’s an important propaganda symbol for them, so I don’t think they would drag him before a show trial and make a public mockery of him and execute him because of the effect it might have on the Americans. Better to quietly accuse him of the crimes, kill him behind closed doors, and chalk it up to “natural causes” or somesuch.
Think of how Hitler in our universe dealt with Erwin Rommel.
@@Damo2690 especially with the cutthroat style of the Nazis. Kinda makes me think of the real life scenario when himmler went behind hitlers back to the allied leaders trying to save the German empire and blame everything on Hitler, but still was a loyal friend to his face. Not in the end tho of course.
this was in Berlin so John was definietly not the most powerful man on the continent, it was Himmler.. they just underestimated John and did not expect Goertzmann to betray them/make an alliance with John
Hoover joins the nazi party
Surprised : no one
Your grandpa also did.
Opportunist indeed.
How is it that good. old J. Edgar was out of range of Washington D.C. when the Germans dropped a A-Bomb on 12/10/45?
based
@@tamnickyleweak and cowardly.none of you squids are "patriots"
What organisation is Hoover in charge of in this reality ?
In our reality, I think he is still a creepy spy ahah 😁
The ARBI, an FBI-ish institution for the American Reich and its occupation zones
American Reich Bureau Investigation
The FBI :p
arbi but i think arbi is part of the abwehr the intelligence agency that failed the reich
Family first, forever and always
It would have been better to make Tom Metzger Reich Marshal of the GNR.
Go for a run Hoover
Hoover is more like Luftwaffe General Marshal Hugo Sperrle.😒
This is one of the clímax moments, I hated Hoover for this.
Herbert hoover, made himself useful I see.
And this is what is becoming of sovereign nations today.
What episode is it?
Season 4, Episode 9
the guy reavealing it sounds like a guy doing a voiceover for a documentry, no hate tho
Just think. John could've done everything to fix the country, until his DAUGHTER decided to gossip. What's that tell ya?
Weeman
He never planned on fixing the country lol. He was going to turn it into an even worse hellhole than it already was.
Lol that's what you think lol
That this is a tv show?
@@paxlux5288 Not actually. He couldn't fix the country because most militarymen were already brain washed Nazis. Changing ideology was harder than ever. The only thing hee could do was continue with what was already being presented and done. If he hadn't, there would be a coup which will threaten his family. He decided to play the safe side instead of risking his family.
This is what I understood based on his action in last episode.
Terminator vibes at the start
Why do I think that this might be the future
The Daughter is so obviously a Quadroon...
who the fuxk is coughing damn it!
Himmler.
Hoover is today democrats
Looks like america if we have 4 more yrs of biden
God please, this is the most ridiculous depiction of anything related to Germany during WWII.
It's not WWII.
It's after, the Axis powers won in this alternate timeline.
