you mean where he chamfered the inside of the hole? mastercam will take care of the toolpath. basically you dont have to do anything except tell mastercam where to put the chamfer and the rest is being done automatically.
None of those chamfers were made using a 5 axis movement. You indexed the plane and made 3 axis tool paths. Truly 5 axis will engage using the feeding axis xyz and simultaneously rotate the platter and tilt the tool to enhance clearance and more importantly tool engagement.
