  • Bonus upload, sorry for the hiatus!
Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, composer of Daytona USA and Daytona USA 2's soundtracks, returned to compose the music for the third licensed arcade installment in the series. 2017's Daytona Championship USA contains many homages to the original Daytona USA from 1994, including Mitsuyoshi singing the vocals for each piece just as he did in the original. Remixes of the songs played during each of the three 1994 race courses as well as the memorable attract riff appear in Daytona Championship USA. Additionally, three new pieces were composed for the three new Championship courses. This final track, a remix of the hidden 1994 music track titled Pounding Pavement, is also present but unfortunately does not include Mitsuyoshi's original singing.

Nice upload! It's funny that you noted how the track actually was a Pounding Pavement remix...which was present (and called like that) in Daytona USA Circuit Edition.

My favorite track in Championship Edition, it sounded closer to "Sons of Angels" by Eric Martin.

Awesome! This is my favorite track from the Circuit Edition soundtrack. I'm at least glad that they put this version in this game. The game still sucks ass though, because its just a lazy remake of the original with nothing new about it whatsoever (other than some cheap mobile-game-esque graphics).

No matter how crap a Sega game is they always have amazing music! AM2 didn’t develop this game so that’s probably why this game stunk
