@@ParkersReef I'll be traveling to Sydney next month. Will definitely visit this amazing shop. Any recommendations for more reef shops to visit while there? Preferably reef shops that are also easy to get to from the Darling Harbour area. Thx.
Hopefully up that way in a few months, and then in september. Hoping to suss this out! just realised i was looking at their online store on the weekend.
Just came across your video in my feed and that is great as I thought they closed down at botany and epson Rd Beaconsfield. I was there last week and waiting to cross the lights and saw a TO LET sign. I thought drats such a good store gone under? I turned around without crossing the road to see the shop as it looked like it was in the last stages of being packed up. I will definitely go to their new shop as I need some frozen bloodworm for my shrimp.
I visited the shop and got some beautiful crystal red shrimp, Billy the owner was full of great advice as i have only ever jad cherry shrimp. Will be back for sure 0
The grand opening was a great day. You did awesome job of showcasing the store. I didn't get a chance to come and say hello to you while you were there, but I will try next time you are in Sydney.
accidentally walk by this shop last week, got lots of food and accessories tagged half or 70% price compairing local pet shops. and got $1 extra discount on every single item. Amazing.
Hope the shop does well, looks like a useful place for people like me who have planted freshwater tanks and turtle tanks that have levels and planted above and below
I wish Melbourne had better aquarium shops. I have to travel so far to get any decent fresh water fish, or order online. Even finding local breeders can be difficult. Hopefully someone will invest in creating a huge and amazing aquarium in Melbourne one day.
Amazing ! Love the hobby drove passed the old location for years and never went in. I will certainly go for a visit now there is parking. The scale reminds me of StGeorge Aquariums for back in the day. Dont have a tank anymore sadly, but still love the aquariums.
This explains a lot. Aquaristic is my go to LFS. However the last few times I visited I thought it looked a bit shabby and run down. Now it makes sense. Will pop over soon
yeah not easy running one shop whilst building another! Plus it's hard to find the motivation to keep ontop of the existing knowing full well that a brand new shop is just around the corner :) Well worth visiting this new one, it's a stunner!
The Sydney Opera House is a fabulous place for a fish and chip shop the only place for this icon that has the worst acoustics of any building in history. The wonders of Sydney Opera House was Ludacris and Costa Fortune, as they destroyed all the historical buildings round the rocks. Sydney is nothing now They don’t heritage list any buildings destruction all the time it’s the council doubledealing
Parkers Reef, needs to check out Krakking Korals in Newcastle. New Shop with great staff and range of Corals
Would absolutely love to get there!
The Aquaristic crew did an amazing job! Makes me want to go back do Sydney
Worth a visit at least!!

Once i know my plans and timing im going to try make a stop there. Looks amazing.

Welcome to the channel! I bet you're relieved to hear that they are not only indeed still up and running, but actually in a brand new epic store!
@@ParkersReef yes and going to pay them a visit this weekend! Get some frozen bloodworms. Hopefully they have them I'm stock
@outdoor75 they may even have their live bloodworm tank running!
Be sure to let them know you saw the new store on Parker’s reef!
@ParkersReef I will as your video saved me as I really thought they closed down as wasn't even going to go there again
I visited the shop and got some beautiful crystal red shrimp, Billy the owner was full of great advice as i have only ever jad cherry shrimp. Will be back for sure 0
That must have required an absolute mountain of money to get started. I hope it turns out to be a good investment. Wish I could go see it.
I can only imagine! So good to see people willing to invest in our hobby and it makes you want to invest in them
It's wild that they have aptasia before even opening, some of them look like easy kills too
Just goes to show how tough it is for LFS to keep them out!
Super vidéo ! From France .
Thank you for watching, I hope you enjoy this video and more from the channel!
Do they sell real live rock?
You’d have to check with the shop these days, chances are they do :)
I would love to have a marine store like that near me.😢
It’s pretty awesome hey!

I’m sure it will, such a destination shop for all aspects of the hobby :)
that looks really nice
It sure is!
20 years ago Fighting fish was only $4 now I see on this video its $65 incredible...
Can still get $10 ones, which considering twenty years has passed is pretty reasonable!
👌🔥👏💯🙌🪸
Thank you!!!
They are the cheapest In AUSTRALIA… you hear it right, in Australia!!!
you bet!
I'm in Melbourne, but I've bought foods from these guys online, where I can get exactly what I want for only $9.50 delivery to my door.
Great range at amazing prices!

do they sell fish??
you bet they do, all covered in the second half of the video :)

Yeah I thought the same. As when you enter the old shop there was that huge pile of cluttered spider wood!
What a phenomenal store and tour. Thank you so much Sam!
Thanks for watching :)
That palidarium is stunning!
So incredible
Hey Parker did you ever get in touch with Remy from ReefBuilders, I know he's headed your way and would love to visit with you.
yes we are are messaging :)
Wow! What a great shop, such wonderful displays!
It really is! Well worth a visit if you're ever in the area :)
A long way from Texas though...
@@carlcummings767 true that....
Do they have tanganyika? Or just mainly marine and basic fresh water
This was opening day, but aquaristic are known for high quality freshwater stock so I’m sure they’ve filled the tanks nicely now
Amazing, definitely would love to visit
You should! It's a great store!
world wide corals raaaaaaa raaaaaaaa
Haha lots of x4 lights!!
Corals look like jewellery in a case. Wicked.
That’s how us reefers view them 😍
Beautiful entrance with the wall plants. Big shop , you can get lost in there. Great video Sam!
It’s a beauty!
Brilliant video. This shop looks absolutely amazing.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
Look forward to the next one.
Great video once again, thank you.
My pleasure!

Jack Munday saved The Rocks and the Opera House site was an ugly tram depot.
It must be hard being so bitter.
LMFAO

Feel free to not watch. The hobby doesn't need people like you.
Has the old store closed? Or is this additional?
Closed but just moved 200m down the road.
Yeah transitioned to new shop
