Best breakdowns of any on the web, not even close! Every week. Since I feel like Webb, Jackson, and Baugh are 3 of one of our top explosive weapons. Thoughts on a creative design with 2 RB sets? Webb best pass pro, Baugh best receiving RB, and Jackson seems best on sweeps/pop passes. I know CBN can’t deviate towards creativity but I feel like that’s a formation that can do some damage. Trelll just isn’t the same. Design towards best playmakers. We’re loaded at RB so screen and perimeter design runs seem like it can give D’s fits

I love the Offensive game plan From Billy this week, taking advantage of the DBs Playin off coverage with The Bubble screen/RPOs even liked the Stop & Go route from 88 since we like to run hitches so much just in General tho It was a Solid game plan
@@Nupetay_1 nah it was a little different, He Dialed them up at the RIGHT TIME, IN THE RIGHT situation, something he has Staggered on & if you watch Texas this is a similar offense they run
Mertz had 15 of his 19 throws go for 1 total air yard. We also ran the ball well. Billy tries these same things every week. (Horiztonal passes, lots of runs, 1st down shot plays)
I wish we would have gave Dan Mullen as much leway as they are giving Billy at least he showed he could win the transfer portal would have made up for mishaps on the recruiting trail defense been trash since mcelwain we could at least out score people and Dan never lost to flordia state

It is frustrating to see the Napier offensive scheme and play calling when we are so successful when the team deviates from that and plays more downfield.
Bottom line is Napes is not able to change. He is plying the same offense over and over. It works against a crap team but against anyone else it will not.
The offensive line is the worst unit on the team besides the D line. If they're ranked that high in pass protection it's because they don't throw it further than one yard down field when Mertz is in. You can't get any pressure on the QB when you're passing it immediately sideways.
On that first play in the breakdown, the third and 3, Dike was coming across the middle wide open. Mertz missed him and threw it to a covered TE. Mertz just isnt very good. I feel for the kid. Hes got physical tools but he's not good reading Defenses.
DJ fits the Napier offense and really opens it up for everyone with his run threat and accuracy on the long ball. Love Mertz but after the UCF game it will be time to feature the QB of the future that gives UF a chance to outscore teams with really tough D's down the stretch. Thanks for finally gave us some sunshine to watch.

We should run as much 00, 10, and 20 as possible. But we don't do that of course.

The biggest issue is Mertz not throwing further then 1 yard. I like him but man the defense has no fear when he's in.
