As a former collegiate Nose Guard [Interior Defensive Tackle], I concur... The blocking schemes and audibles were always impressive to me... My school played and aggressive, slanting 3-4 and I was amazed when offenses managed to block our stunts and blitzes... I'm happy I got to turn my brain off and just play fast... Amazing breakdowns, love how you give examples and reasons for the decisions being made on field.
One thing that might help beginners like me, is after you show us the routes, freezing the play to show us where to look.
Play action is a perfect example. The you explained that the misdirections and fake handoffs were being used to trick DBs into rushing, only for the qb to quick throw to the shallow crosser in the space the DBs just vacated.
If before that play, you paused and circled some of the DBs that are about to be tricked into rushing, I think it'd be a next step in helping us understand.
In any case, great work, can't wait to binge this channel
