I think people forget how good Johnny football was as a freshman. Even Bryce young was legit as a freshman but I get what you’re saying. He just looks different
Thanks for all yall do look forward to y'all's show more than any other gator pod . Most informative and real substance on the show nice to hear the unbiased takes instead of sunshine pumpers. Go gators
DJ has the best feel ever for a freshman. He is throwing guys open. That miss on the inside dig to Dike was actually his best throw of the night. Dike was not open but DJ sees a place where he is and, amazingly, puts the ball exactly where he wants. The throw to Burke that was dropped was also a great, great throw. Opposing coaches see those misses like you do and are sweating bullets. DJ is showing them that blanket coverage is NOT enough. He's Rex Grossman all over again, but a lot bigger and can run. But the same brass balls. Great video.
Is it ok to just say big play, like we did for the first 100+ years of football, instead of the new dork wad chunk play? Other than that, love your video. Gator since 1972.
I don't know how many ways to say this is a really good good podcast to listen to the breakdown
🙏🙏
lagway the best true freshman qb ive ever seen

@cambishop9435 Johnny was a REDSHIRT Freshman. Nobody saw him his TRUE freshman year unless you went to practice of course.
@@cambishop9435Johnny was not good, he was extremely lucky with a heck of a supporting cast. Watch his NFL tapes, he was atrocious.
For me too but granted I wasn’t really watching cfb when Caleb or Trevor had their true freshman seasons
Couldn't wait for this one to come out! Watching DJ on film is so much fun. You really know your stuff, James, I love getting educated every week
Preciate you!

It’s concerning how simple the offense is. lagway is awesome but when he is eventually gone, the offense will likely be bad again.
Poor Badger. Guy is top five in average yards and only has 3 TDs

Explosive, chunk, big, they all work!
What is your affiliation with UF are you just a big fan or alumni?
He is both . Dude knows his stuff too honestly surprised he isn't some type of coach professionally.
Lmao, how is this video longer than the defense one considering the TOP difference.
Right? Haha
