The Mojo is such an insane can for the price. I love plinking with it. I've got a Kinetic 7.62 suppressor as well and also a crazy performer for the price. Shot it side by side with a Polonium and a YHM Resonator and it was just as quiet if not quieter! Super underrated silencers!
Great video, a lot of fun. A decibel meter would have made it complete for me though. I'm a musician, and I bought one off of Amazon a few years ago for something like 23 bucks. (Some, not all, bars and venues ask you to keep the music below a certain sound level.) Works great for measuring the weapons sound levels down on my range.
So we were going to but after many convos and asking around the minimal to be spent on suppressor capable devices are 2k or more. I’m poor and redneck tests it is! lol
Totally agree with you. And, rank them or indicate a favorite and why; which one was quietest, which easier to clean, etc. With the devices (phone, laptop, etc) we have to listen to this test, pretty difficult to distinguish differences.
why do they all sound so loud? is the sound magnified for the video? 22 plinkster has used different cans, and no sound what so ever, just the bolt movement, but these you can hear the report really loud.
CCI quiet ammo 835 feet/s 40 grain will cycle. Looks like you were shooting the CCI 710 ft./s 35 grain. The CCI 710 ft./s are for bolt actions. The 835s are for semi auto says it on the box.
Depends on what the manufacturer recommends but I usually just direct thread all 22 cans with no spacer or washer. Just be sure to check cocentricness if you are worried it’s off.
Wanna be silent its gotta be subsonic. Plus a fair test is bolt action so zero action noise. With subs, a good suppresor and bolt action a farts louder.
If you don't know what a wad is... it's because a wad is a component used in reloading shotgun shells...and has absolutely NOTHING to do with a silencer. The correct term is WIPE.
If you aren't shooting subs, you are wasting everyone's time with the sound comparisons. The sonic crack robs your suppressor of everything it's designed to do.
its because the loud crack you hear is the projectile breaking the sound barrier at over 1100 feet per second. If you can stay under that, they are as quiet as the more silent shots you hear in the video. Thats just the drawback of suppressors.
Affordable until you get extorted with a tax stamp.
How much are the tax stamps
@@MrGoofySir 200 a pop
@@spartan2676wicked
It’s still pretty affordable
Tee hee. Yeah, not a fan of the $200, sure as fuck ain’t a deal breaker for getting one….
thank you for not only doing subs i literally just got done arguing with my guy about subs and supers lol

How is the FRP on the Mojo 22?
I have a video on my page of the CCI quiet semi auto (835fps) and they cycle all my guns with the can on. It’s movie quiet
I have a Hydra in jail right now! Just got my thunder chicken approved on the 31st after 6 months on the dot. Hopefully Hydra can come home in Feb
Dang! 6 months! I waited 14 for my dead air primal
@@bendabutcha any waiting time is an infringement but apparently no one cares lol
I waited 13 months for my dead air nomad.
I'm going tomorrow and start the wait for a hydra.

Thanks for all the effort you put into this video.
Thanks for watching!

Most of the ammo he's shooting is super sonic. Your hearing the sonic crack, not the gunshot itself.
@@wesleyroberts7119 Which to me if shooting with a .22lr rimfire suppressor why bother if you are not going to stay subsonic?
Great info! Thanks!

I feel like the Jessies girl is the best one overall
Jesse's girl is deadly
When using a pcc do you need a fixed barrel spacer on 22lr pccs?
Depends on what the manufacturer recommends but I usually just direct thread all 22 cans with no spacer or washer. Just be sure to check cocentricness if you are worried it’s off.
It’s called a wipe not a wad, a wad is what you shoot into your sock.
Ewww
The price plus 200 cause it saves life's I guess
They make CCI quiet for semi automatics. It’s like 940 fps
Yup! Just didn’t have any for this review.
I believe you can get an app for your phone to use it as a decibel reader.
That caps out at like 90 db tho.
You need a $1500 per day industrial sound meter to accurately measure sounds above 100-110db.

Dude, it is called a wipe. 70 year old tech. Geeeezzz
I believe you meant wipe not wad.
Wipe, wad, tomato tomaato lol
@OpieInTheSmokies
No a wipe is for cans.
A wad is wad you ATF to get a can....IE..... A "wad" of cash.
Maybe he was going to wipe his wad

In the video the pws sounds the best
Pws makes some wicked piston ARs based off what I’ve heard I’ve never got to shoot one yet though.
Tac 22 is 1085 fps im pretty sure not 1200
I think someone put a suppressor on your mic, can barely hear you!
Yeah got messed up during the filming. Have fixed the problem for future videos lol

WTH???
If this is what a suppressor sounds like, I don’t need to spend the money. there’s nothing quiet about any of these.
You can get them much quieter than this. Just use subsonic ammo, and you will hear the dirt louder than the round
You might need to get yourself a larger barrel or a table so you don’t drop everything on the ground next time
I didn't got any give aways I hit almost 5 points from ur previous email😢
Hopefully you snag a win on the next one.
Anything above 1123 fps is supersonic.
Boring. Sorry. Just want a chart.
No need to apologize lol
