Yep, bit of snow or water, dip it in the ashes and scrub. Do it every time and it works like a dream. Great video, bud. Nicely demonstrated.

Oh man, it never even occured to me to use snow! 😅 To be fair, I usually clean it indoors though.

It was very practical, in the old days when there were no detergents, people used ash and dirt to wash their dishes

There are so many uses! Can be used to filter water as well and tons of nutrients for the surrounding plants and trees.
