I saw the whole video and the explanation was very clear. I only have one question, how do I use the gimbal in the head mode as in the shots that the gimbal made in the pool the hiba of the head as the turn without damaging the gimbal please
I have a question about the Moza Air Gimbal, when I try to do the roll mode or when I try to move the camera to another position with the joystick, I can only move it like 90° or something and then it just stops... Is it broken or what did I do wrong? Would really appreciate your help! ❤️
is it allowed to touch the camera while it's on the gimbal? i mean when you do manual focusing of the camera during the recording is it okay to touch it while it's on the gimbal? thanks
HI GUDSEN, THIS A GOOD TUTORIAL. IVE A COMPLAINT. why when i send an e mail to support@gudsen they do not reply. Ive asked them why the sony camera cable, i bought with the moza air bundle, doesnt fit my sony a7r11. My camera connecter is exactly the same as on the moza air. Also what is crazy mode?? It does nothing on my gimbal. Also nothing happens in the exception mode. But most important why dont support reply to my mails, ive asked these questions 4 weeks ago and im still waiting
also i have bought the cable tried it out and it doesn't work. i ve adjusted the settings on gimbal made sure its alpha and still doesn't work. my electronic time plugged into usb on camera works fine so why doesnt this work???
Hello, I am not sure if the comments are still being monitored here by Gudsen..but I just updated the firmware on an Aircross and after doing so the gimbal does not turn on. It only turns on in boot mode. When I connect it to the app, either on phone or computer, it automatically goes into update mode again. Once it finishes and I turn off the gimbal, it does not turn on again..only in boot mode. Do you have any advice to fix this issue. Thank you for your help.

I sent a very detailed message and video and was told to update the firmware- which is the exact problem I am having. Every time I update the firmware the gimbal doesn’t turn on afterwards unless I turn it on in boot mode. Then it updates the firmware and tells me to restart.. but it doesn’t restart unless it is in boot mode. The cycle continues in a circle. This is very frustrating as I have work to do but this gimbal is useless. This was not a problem before I tried to update the firmware. Is there a way to somehow reset the gimbal to the original state?

Does Gudsen moza air Compatible with Sony Alpha 7c
Sorry the Sony A7C is not on the compatibility list of the MOZA Air gimbal.
