- Must have compact and light weight 3 in 1 camera gimbal by @GudsenMOZA The all new Moza Aircross s has been an amazing gimbal to use with my Panasonic Lumix GH6 mirrorless camera and also with my iPhone 14 pro max smartphone. It helps to stabilize my video footage and it’s great to use for traveling and vlogging.
The Moza Master smartphone mobile app is very powerful and useful as it has so many features and tools to help with our video creativity. You can update the gimbal firmware with the, you can also control the gimbal from the app and customize motion time lapse, hyper lapse features, panoramic settings and so much more.

So far I have been using a few compact prime lenses with gimbal. Starting with the canon 50mm f1.4 s.s.c FD mount lens. I have also use this gimbal with the Panasonic Lumix 25mm f1.4 Leica lens. And one of my favourite lenses to use with this gimbal setup if the @LaowaByVenusOptics 7.5mm f2.0 lens.

Hi, thank you very much for this very detailed description of this gimbal. I am interested in this device for my smartphone which is becoming too heavy for an OSMO (S23 Ultra + Firewell lens). Can the phone mounting clamp be attached directly to the gimbal, even without a camera? What is the maximum possible phone size? Thank you.
yes you can mount your phone to this gimbal without a camera. just balance it as best as possible. sorry for the late reply
Does it have a delay when you hold the trigger for axis lock? My Aircross 2 has a slight delay for it to lock unlike my dji osmo 3 that instantly locks.
Hey there. No I didn’t notice any delay when holding the trigger for axis lock. Do you own this gimbal already?
Maybe double check you are using the latest firmware.
@@LEOPAZZOPRODUCTIONS I installed the latest firmware before I used it but I sold it already. Might get the DJI or Zhiyun next time. AirCross S is also in my radar.

Hey I’m having a issue with the Bluetooth linkage to my iPhone and MacBook any ideas what’s the problem. I want to update the AirCross S I just got it 7/13/23
Wow congrats on the new gimbal. I’m using PC as I don’t own a Mac. I’m not sure why you are having a hard time connecting. If I recall correctly I did the firmware update with my iPhone within the app. I didn’t use my pc for the firmware update.
How do I set it from Chinese to English, because mine is still in Chinese

No one has done a full set up and balance of the gimbal

Hi Leo. I watched over a dozen videos about the Moza AirCross S. Your review overview is by far the best and most comprehensive. BUT... as one commenter did mention, almost no one gives a good explanation of how how to balance this particular gimbal (At first, I actually thought that doing auto tune meant balancing the unit...). Could you provide a brief explanation or video showing how to balance the AirCross S. Thank you.

Hey Mupicap. Your welcome. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and that it was helpful for you. I like this gimbal because it is small and compact and smooth footage. Also because we can quickly change from landscape to vertical portrait video. How have you been liking the gimbal so far ?
just wanted point out, as others out there might be interested in your comment too, a cage will protect your camera... true. If you drop it, and it lands on the cage section... this will provide some degree of protection. Although, depending on the velocity of image, damage still make occur simply by the force of the impact. All that being said... what most people dont know, the weakest point in many modern cameras is actually the lens mount. Yes, most are still metal... but a little while back, manufactures in there wisdom (to save money) thought it would be a good idea to screw these metal lens mounts into plastic areas of the camera body. This means, the lens mount under moderate stress can bend. So a small knock, or even a heavy lens unsupported can bend the lens mount.
I just wanted to to make this point, as most people arnt aware of this... and while its not the most expensive repair if you need to have a lens mount replaced, its still a cost.
So, look after that lens mount!!👍👍

Bro do you have a update on the long term usage of this now. Really looking for something like this. I have looked at a lot of them and so far this is the best one and price. I’m using a ZV e10 Sony with a 85 sigma lens
To be honest I really like this small compact gimbal. I just took it to vacation with me. Easy to travel with and smooth footage. Your camera is not too big so you should have no problem balancing it on the gimbal. I would recommend it if your looking for a smaller gimbal.

hi awesome video. i would like to use this on my samsung S22 ultra but have the option to use with my Canon 90d with Sigma wide angle lens with total weight of 1.21 KG. will this be ok?
I don’t own that camera or phone so I haven’t tested it it sounds like it will be ok.
GREAT REVIEW and I'm sold - mostly because I shoot with a GH5s and will likely go for the GH6 soon! One question - on the shots you took with the Lumix 25 f1.4 lens, I noticed you were tracking in and out, but the shot held focus. Were you shooting in auto focus or manual?
I was filming with auto focus with the gh6 and Panasonic 25mm f1.4 lens

The gimbal can not make the camera zoom.
The gimbal can make the camera start and stop recording. No zoom.

good issue to point out, made for right handed users.... not a deal breaker, but Moza might want to look at moving that back for future models. depends how often you use joystick in a capture movement.
Yea agree. I am right handed so it works perfect. I’m actually really impressed with this gimbal. The footage is smooth and light weight.

It's a very compact gimbal that can shoot smoothly! I use the α7SIII as my main camera, but I often use compact cameras, such as the Nikon Z50 and the kit lens DX 16-50mm f3.5-6.3.
@@toshi4754 nice. Yea I have seen some nice footage from that Sony camera. Iv heard that after approximately 17minutes of filming on that camera it might over heat. Have you experienced this before with that camera ?
What is your favourite mode to shoot with on the Aircross s ?

I've never had a particularly hot stop while shooting. The gimbal mode I often use is the lock mode, and I practice every day in pursuit of stable, blur-free footage! !

Hey, I have never used the feiyu scorp mini. But I am happy with the moza Aircross S. It’s easy to use and smooth footage.

Yes I think the gimbal L bracket will mount and support Panasonic S1 or S1H cameras. Because I am using Panasonic GH6. Similar cameras. Maybe the S1 or S1H might be a little more heavier. I believe that you will have to use a small compact prime lens to help you balanace your camera on this gimbal.
That is why I am using the gh6 with Laowa 7.5mm lens or similar small prime lenses to help distribute the weight for balancing purposes.
