OMG Baby Adam es un bomboncito, MashaAllah!!! As for the Arabic shows for kids I used to watch Spacetoon growing up, I moved to Europe when I was very little but my parents made sure we got Arab TV so we didn't lose our vocabulary and it really helped

I recommend you guys do some research about the danger of posting kids online, there's alot of predators online
Working out from home is like the best thing ever, it's always made the most sense to me! I don't get why people don't think of it sooner, it can be more enjoyable, convenient, efficient and cost-effective, than going to the gym! haha Depending on your goals of course. But for a lot of people, why bother with the cost and commute honestly? haha Especially nowadays with all the resources we have. Way to go Omaya!! 💃
I have zero motivation and need the peer pressure of the gym otherwise I just sit down😅

I wanted to add for new moms or moms in general, unless:
1. you have help from a partner or family to watch your baby for a few hours
2. Your baby is an easy sleeper
Then it’s hard to even do gym at home or go out or most self care.

for cartoons in Arabic: I would suggest 2 things:
First thing first is the channel Spacetoon, either on TV or here on UA-cam. It shows many cute cartoons such as النمر هاني and كوكي, and other shows that are also appropriate (in morals and religion)..
The Second one is Masha and the Bear but in Arabic cause of the good visuals and the stories :)

Just a few advices since you guys new parent don’t confuse Adam with many languages he might have a delay talking also don’t let him watch TV in a young age this is from my experience.

Don't worry, I mean if I was to film, I would tidy up. Plus, houses are messier when the baby starts crawling, walking, playing everywhere and Adam is still small so 😄
@@SabrineC28yeah but baby’s are a lot of “work” so you don’t have mıch time to tidy up etc. So it takes a lot of effort still whether you have a baby or older children

Please d'ont put your son in front of tv to learn anything please but you can do is buying sound books in arabic that he can interact with and learning in the same time all what he needs is hearing someone speacks arabic but again tv and video games away from your son i know its difficult but its not worthed
