What helped with leg cramps for me was taking magnesium. Maybe you can ask your doctor/midwife about it.

I totally agree with you about the Bio-oil. It might not prevent stretch marks but the skin tightening is much reduced after using it.

Hi, I have a tip for ur leg cramp .
If you get the leg cramp just stand on the floor (tile ) it’ll be ok in seconds . I used to do this every time I get the leg cramp . Hope it’ll be helpful.❤

Best tip I learned for leg cramps is to tip and pull your toes back towards your leg. It’s like magic 😊
Magnesium pills work wonders too! My gyn. prescribed them after I told her about the cramps and they just faded away. But I recommend asking ones gyn. first.

I used to have bad leg cramps at night during my 3rd trimester and my gynecologist prescribed magnesium pills and they worked wonders! Ask your gyn. maybe that would help you too!

A tip for leg cramps, stand in a tub, the cold porcelain helps to unlock a cramp. Also, leg cramps can be a lack of potassium in your system, eat a banana every morning…

Hey there, I’m 6months pp and my skin is horrible but it was worst while I was pregnant.
My hair… oh boy. It’s still falling out like crazy and starting at 4months pp.
My breasts never got big during pregnancy. I also lost so much weight in my 2nd trimester… I threw up from 2months pregnant to the day I gave birth
I had a girl so I wonder if that’s why as they say they « steal » your beauty.

Always take vitamins your doctor prescribes girls... I enjoy Omayas content but this was an ad and she gets a commission for every sale and it’s possible the vitamins are not doing enough or are just not beneficial for pregnant women. Stay safe and ask your doctor to prescribe or advice you on the best vitamins you can take in the pharmacy!
