My dad got this game for me when I was 8 years old. Nearly on release date. Im 21 now, and ive been through a lot. I have panic issues and stuff. I cannot fall asleep in silence with my own thoughts. Somehow, listening to this is extremely soothing. When I close my eyes I see my younger, innocent/happier self loading into the game after just coming home from school on a normal afternoon. Everything is okay, and im just going to play spore until its time for dinner. Thank you maxis

Spore has a phenomenal combination of soothing music, especially in Cell and Space stage, and displaying the colour blue a lot, which is the most soothing. I don't know who you are, but I want you to know that most of our worries are for nothing. When having panic issues, remember that your body might be giving you an outdated mechanism of self-defense against something new and alienating, but you are in fact NOT going to die, and you will feel better when it wears off. May you find peace. Perhaps playing a bit of Spore would help. Especially Space stage.

It makes me think of how we live on our planet and there are other beings out there living on their planet and we both are totally unaware of the others existance, and perhaps we will always be unaware of eachother. Makes me think of how the universe is based on a lot of luck, and our species managed to get a lot, but it feels saddening to think of others who wernt as lucky as humans, a disaster, a nuclear war, or the means of not evolving to a greater intelligence. It just is deeply confusing to my human mind that what I am doing on this planet does not matter at all in the whole universe, how our acts on our planet may seem significant to us, but to other intelligent species, if we aren’t smart, may never learn of humans and what we are. Let’s hope we make it past this century in one piece and then we will have a great chance of making it far into space, this song is just so fitting. 🇺🇦

I mean the 10 mins. If you listen to the 10 hours, you get about 140 billion years.
