This song is perfect. The harmony, the transitions, the drummer does an excellent job, the bassist is extremely crafty, and they do not implement a thousand breakdowns every two minutes. I love it. Thank you, Drew. I just wish they had a Spirit-of-Metal page

You are so right man, I feel like this evolution in metal tastes happens to a lot of people. I used to be into metalcore at first, then it slowly went to melodeath and deathcore, now it's gone to tech and progressive and I think it's staying there. Not sure why, but I love it. Good video,
if i were drew, and had this channel, i reckon this is exactly what direction my channel would go aswell. i still love my slow, chuggy, breakdown filled deathcore but i am more interested in hearing more technical metal now a days. keep doing what you do drew hehe

I understand what you're saying. But to be perfectly honest, my taste in metal and the way I view progression in the scene has changed. It's evolved greatly. Sure, I love deathcore still, but not as much as I used to. Trust me, back then I'd pump 4 breakdown videos in a month. I'm just more into technical stuff now. I appreciate the craft even more when it's done that way. And if anyone's wondering, I'm in the works of making my last deathcore breakdown video. Releasing at 5,000 'likes' on my FB

Maybe. But this sounds similar to a band that I have on my iPod. I can't narrow it down because it's like they added their own style to it. I listen to only a few djent bands. Not even that many and they all have their own sound, but this band sounds like one of them with a different style to it. That's the best I can put it

While the vocals at the beginning remind me of Relentless era FTFD.
There´s alot of people out there that support underground music and have channels. Go find one.

well since your getting more into the technical side of music i mean u could post stuff like rings of saturn i think when rings of saturn and the faceless come out with their new stuff it will blow out most the metalcore deathcore and deathmetals technical sides becaus in my personal opinion those two bands are some of the greatest tachnical bands in the metal industry im just saying you should try to throw more stuff like that on your youtube just my opinion

I hear a resemblance to Misery Signals in this song.
They remind me quite a bit of Arma Reign with the vocals, thats the closest i could find. On a side note, holy shit, a non-asshole person on youtube. :D

and personally about a year ago you had a wider variety now all i see is the same metalcore band over and over with a new mask all im asking is try to bring back some variety and i know a lot of your fans would dissagree but ive been a sub for a while and ive seen the change no offense but its like how taim went from being heavy deathcore and now in their new cd there completly different im not going to unsub and i still like some bands u post but it gets bland sometimes
