- We use a Filter in front of our Film to watermark it or add some other creative effects, i'm just starting out with this and would love to see what you come up with.

Thanks for watching - if you like this video, remember to share it with your friends!
Marko, you are genius! I'm loving all the videos. My partner and I spent the afternoon making transparencies and emulsion lifts (using the kitchen baking tray). You would make a great lecturer - very engaging, simple videos (for the non technical minded like myself). Keep up the good work, enthusiasm and great shots!!!
Thanks a lot, this made our day!
ohh thats so nice of you :) nice to read this as first thing in the morning
I will use this watermark method to create an album cover. Thanks for the Polaroid tricks you share :)
This is an amazing idea. go to your local dollar store and buy some colored folder dividers, and cut them to size, so you have colored foils, then you can write quotes on those too.
This is great! I LOVE this :) just stumbled upon your UA-cam page last night and am already loving every video I've watched so far. Thank you for making these videos! :)
thanks so much sean
Hey great idea! Can you link the pdf in the description? it seems it desappeared... thanks!
It's pretty cool that even Polaroid posts your stuff-- keep up the great vids!
I found your channel 2 days ago and I've watched a lot of your videos. Really love your creativity! Thank you for your work!
Son-of-Gun! That is ingenious! Thanks for sharing the idea and even more so for the templates! This is a great solution to a branding 'problem' I've been trying to solve for a few months now!
ahh nice, would love to see your outcome.
Love your videos; i would love to see some vids about you just taking polaroid pics outside. keep up the good job
I just tried your technique with a round Mandala on a 600 round B&W frame from Impossible and it's amazing.
It gives a very nice finish and interesting look.
Can't wait to try some more!!!
Thank youuuuuuu sooooo much Marco❤🙏🤩
oh nice would love to see your result
Sure thing! I'd love to send you the result. Where to though?
Can I do it on UA-cam?
you could join the discord server, there is already a nice little community building up
It’s a really interesting one!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
as always a pleasure
I think I'm going to give this a shot with a red filter in front of a black and white pack. See if I can get some deep contrast in the image. A vignette mask might be cool as well. Thank you for the cool idea!
This is great ! I will definitely try this out ! Thank you for sharing your ideas! I was a kid in the late 80’s - 90’s and I love the nostalgia of Polaroid
I love this idea Marco! Thanks for sharing it.
Thank you sooooooo much!! I can't wait to try it!!!
Love your creativity and tricks!!!👍🌞🦄
Hey Marko, another great video. Very interesting about how you always find ways to explore the medium more. Great stuff!
thanks michael, always happy to read your comments
Amazing ! Thank you so much for all your tips. I was looking for a way to put colored filters and this video definitely helped me a lot !
Very useful and clear video, thanks! I’m gonna test it right away.
thank you for sharing this! i wished i chance upon your video way earlier (but i guess it's never too late!!!)
Thanks Marco!
Another notation for my Polaroid works!
Once again will share your video on social media.
Cheers!
thanks filipe
hi! where is the pdf of the file, i really want to try this out
Very creative as always! Happy to see some more content back on this channel! :)
Great idea! I must try it, thank you so much for the links
let me know how it worked for you
I'm totally going to try this with my Instax wide. I think I'm probably going to see maybe even if I can print a digital negative on to it. Is there any issues with the black slide ejecting with transparency in on the Instax packs?
didn't have any problems with the darkslide, hope you get some nice results
So did u try?? I'd like to try this thing with my instax wide 300, but i'm having an issue with the fuji film since it has different structure comparing to polaroid film. I just dont understand how to attach the filter to the film T_T
I'd like to try.. thanks for suggestion
Wow what a super cool idea!
Realy good idea.
Sadely, I can see the link for the template.
You channel is so usefull.
should be in the description below, you just need to press "show more"
Amazing, I really love your videos, everything it's easy to understand, and you explain it in a very simple and detailed way. I can't wait to try.
Amazing! Great idea Marco!
thanks rob
you could just make a load of squares in the template that range from say 5% black all the way up to 100% black that way you only need to take one shot to get an idea how all of the opacities will look.
yeah thats what i did
Brilliant. You've given me ideas. Thank you.
thats great
Amazing idea!!! Will try asap :)
Hi!
I really enjoy this video. I'll test this technique as soon as possible!
I also have a question. Do we need to put a filter on 600 film even if we shoot with a sx-70 indoors?
Thanks again to make amazing video ;)
it would be amazing if we could do that without problems, but the sx70s light sensor stil is set to iso100 so you would need to underexpose on the camera to the max and it's still not working good
Use one of the reflective prism type plastic used for Faux stain glass windows
Thanks for the vid! Is the template pdf still available perhaps?
Thanks for your videos!! Does it make sense buying this ND-Filter for a One Step Plus Camera?
I always enjoy ur videos and all ur tips etc... I have myself a ONeSTep 2 POlaroid ! I enjoy every time to take pics with ! Did u have a Instagram or something like that ?
hi, please can you make a video trying this technique by putting a 4x5 slide on top and trying to make a double exposure of some kind, or a polaroid reproduction of the 4x5 transparency?
This is a great idea!
Such a good idea!!!! Thank!
thanks
Hey, I love your tutorials, cant wait to try this one, just one question, do you have a book Polaroid - the missing manual? I think you would find it extremely inspiring
hey, yeah i have it and it's pretty good
super clever!
Awesome video ;) Need to check this out at last :D
let me know how it worked out for you
I love instant phoyography ...but I have no idea on how to get a hold of a Polaroid camera in my country ie ....India ....I checked Amazon ........eBay ....local sellers ..unsuccessful .....any help would go long ways. ..any yes I love your videos and social feeds.
I can't find the pdf ;( awesome work as always btw!
Is it still possible to get the .pdf? Love the channel by the way!
Can you make a tutorial on how to make one?
Amazing video, but I can't find the file. :(
Brilliant!
This is awesome! Thank you Marco!!! Does this mean it would be possible to print a % (60%?) of grey onto the template to create our own ND filter to use 600 in an SX-70?
i had the same idea, but nd filters work a bit different and 60% is not 2 f-stops so you would need some try and error but it should in kind of a way. i would stil recommend using an nd filter since it's clear and with printers you always add some kind of grain
@@AnalogThings Cheers and thanks for all your fantastic work.
Is this for 600 film only? Or can it be used on I-type?
No PDF?
You may want to reload the link to buy Polaroid film as it is a broken link. I can't load it here in the US.
Amazing outcome. I was googling this exact concept and found this fantastic video.
Does anyone know if it will work with any of the instax systems? Though I have yet to buy a instant film system, I'm researching ideas foremost. Thx
works with instax and the stencil is in the video description
My apologies, thats excellent. Thank you very much.
You're experienced in this realm, which would you say of poloroid or instax produce the better images, especially if used indoors, in low lighting sometimes? Thx
instax, the film has a higher iso and the cameras are more consistent in their resulta
Oh I see, good to know. Again, thank you for the advice :)
Hey Marko ! This is really Awesome. Is I-Type also can work?
yes
Where do you get those ND filters?
Why my film is still white cause no picture like it should and even though is new! What i did wrong?
is great! coud it be use with fuji to?
yes it does, but i haven't found out the perfect settings for it yet. in the description you can find the templates
If You start selling these filters (Specially personalized ones) I'd buy in an instant!
maybe i should get some designers and work on a set
Hello, i’m thinking about buying a polaroid supercolor 635, is it a good model, i mean is it différent compare to other 600 cameras ? Keep making such great videos ! Thx :)
hey, they are all pretty much the same. go for it!
Analog Things okay thx a lot, always very helpful :)
You are so cool!
haha thanks
Apparently the link is missing again :/
Gal Wachs right. It would be great to have it 🤣
Thank you bravo!
Moin! I saw some videos using the ND filter and loading a 600 film into a SX70. What's the use of that? They do it but don't explain why
if you are using multiple cameras, it's nice to be able to use only one type of film. PO also produces special editions that may not be available on SX-70 film, for these cases the ND filter comes in handy
Did anyone have keep a copy of the PDF? It’s doesn’t exist anymore in description :-(((
What did you call the filter? Can you send me a link to the clear filter you used?
oh so sorry, i forgot the link but it's in the description now
Thanks!!!
Do you have a PDF for the outline of the filter?
its in the video description
Is it possible to make a watermark using double exposure?
yes, that would be an option. but with the automatic exposure of polaroid cameras not that fail proof
Moin! Could you maybe upload the link to the PDF with the ND filter?
its in the description
@@AnalogThings Hi, I can't find the link to the ND Filter in the description. Could you reupload it?
Wunderbar
danke
Kann man das auch mit den Fuji Square Filmen machen?
I love the idea!! Its just great! Adds character to the picture.
jop, vorlage findest du in der video beschreibung
cool vid:)
thanks
had a 636 CL and bought few months ago a sx70 partly because of your videos
oh thats nice, how do you like it?
I had tons of fun using it in january, taking pictures of my hometown with snow then on sunny days... I love it but I'm still looking for another one without the sonar but hell these are expensive, I got mine for 60euros ^^
where are you from...? I can't figure out where your accent come from^^
well thats a pretty good deal, prices for the sx70 are so strange at the moment, i'm lucky to have enough so if one breaks i can stil work. i'm from vienna, austria
Awesome!!
thanks kristen
