You did the right thing to ask for your money back, if they cannot even sort out selling you the car, can you imagine how the aftersales would be there. Having worked in dealers for 30 years in the past, it is totally unacceptable.

It’s so good to watch something on UA-cam that has substance and real life problems instead of all these so called influences that don’t even teach people anything worth teaching. Dan keep up the hard work mate.
My friends had bought a new land rover nothing but problems, late delivery and been on the back of a breakdown truck more times than on the road, they now have handed it back and moved over to mercedes and loving it.
🤣🤣🤣 I love Daniel rants getting them off your chest with your audience is good because I definitely totally agree with you on everything you rant about because I’d feel the same way.
Hey Daniel, I’ve been following your channel for some time now and it’s absolutely one of the best not only for construction information but entertainment value too. My wife and I live in Scotland and just this last week 30/05/24 we traveled to Fareham after buying our new day van (yes it’s black with a lovely pearl paint finish. Consider this for your trucks maybe) Anyway on our drive home I spotted one of your tipper truck on the M25 parking lot, it’s the first I’ve seen in the flesh and was so excited (bit like a boy on Christmas morning at 04:00 am just after Santa has left) My wife’s reaction 🙄, calm down calm down your 68 years old man. She just doesn’t get it. Love your channel and content and always the first search after clicking on to UA-cam. Kind regards 🏴 PS I’m also in to trains and love to watch a class 37 on a cold start, a bull nosed Deltic beats a pointy nosed class 805 any day.

I saw the zero harm on the old office and immediately knew who you got it from. The dump truck company I work for does a lot of work for Balfour Beatty Infrastructure. I'm constantly bouncing between their projects here in Eastern NC, but it's steady work.
Co2 tanks are a great backup for an air compressor. A much higher pressure capacity is enough for heavy trucks and equipment tires & portable. The only cost is a special regulator and cylinder exchange, otherwise totally compatible with pneumatic systems.
Possible stupid question, but with regard to offloading from the trains, if money is tight right now, why not build the offloading pit under the tracks before putting the tracks and concrete yard down (and instal conduit for power etc ) but do not build the above ground bit yet and carry on with offloading as you are currently, then when you have more money add the offloading mechanism and building
On the LandRover topic, why has customer care just disappeared over the past few years? It use to be a case people would stick to their word and get problems sorted, now most customer involved companies don't give a damn and feel incompetence is the best way forward. Customer care has gone to shit and nobody seems to give a damn about it.
Re the Honda compressor engine..... Snap on do an insert as special tool that work a treat....used them plenty of times with no dismantling and 20mins to fit
