    Its a GOOD workout, but not sure if its for everybody because of the high impact on knees in most of the exercises involved in the workout.

    Hi sir..I have watched your sooryanamaskara video..it was very helpful...I have a question..I have gone through cesarean operation for delivery..it's been 4 years..can I do these exercises to loose weight? Or can you suggest some exercise for women like me who have gone through cesarean operation and want to loose weight?

      The HIIT workout becoz of core n jumping so better to start from third day

      Before Surya Namaskar
      Little snacks not heavy or spicy
      If Lunch or breakfast two hours gap

      Most important healthy diet 80% Precent diet 20% Exercise
