- Side note: The devs just buffed the F2000,
● Vertical recoil reduced from 1.1 to 1
● Horizontal recoil reduced from 0.7 to 0.6
● ADS time buffed from 0.2 seconds to 0.15 seconds
● Increased magazine size from 30 to 35
● Reload speed factor increased to 1.35 (from 3.88 to 3.51s)
● Increased starting magazine count from 2 to 3
Fantastic changes, this weapon will have the same identity as before, it will just do it better.

The thing you said about the hit boxes feeling huge and you not needing to aim hard enough isn't actually the gun itself but part of the update. They improved the hit registry in the latest update, I noticed it too. I got quite a few kills that I felt I didn't deserve, like I wouldn't have gotten those kills normally before the update and completely forgot about that part of the update until you brought it up in the video.
"I hear gunshots everywhere but I just can't tell where they are" OMFG THANK YOU. I thought i was losing my mind not being able to tell where anyone was today. I was playing the new map a ton so I thought maybe it was that...
I'm glad you mentioned the new gun audio sounding bad, i feel like I can hear people shooting right next to me when they're 100m away
Had the same problem. Was clearing a house 3-4+ times cause I thought I heard a dude sniping inside it. Turned out he was in another building, but that situation happening at all was an issue.
I love that they added the gun that bad dudes in the space stage of any video game use
Completely agree about the audio. I'm more of an audio person and I hopped on after the updates, can't hear where anyone is anymore, and my headphones should have hella good imaging/sound-staging. Really annoying they changed it like this

Started playing this week and really like this weapon, i use this when can't use DMRs, thank you for the video, it really helps
9:10 the 523m Kill is probably from someone that bleed out from your damage while u allready are this distance away from him (probably redeployed in the meantime)

The F2000 is a silly derpy gun and I love it for that. I love the fact they put its OG scope, the fact that they did the ejection by the front of the gun but with the cases starting to come out only after a few shots. The execution is just fantastic.
But damn, I can't do squat with that gun :p, it really does not tic with me. The "bouncyness" of it while full auto kind of short circuits my brain. There are no other guns that seems to have the same effect, it's very fun.

This gun should have 900 velocity like the real thing does in RL and the same damage as the other 5.56x45 weapons
Good content as usual absolutely destroyed with the F2K.
Played the prebuff F2K with some mates in the US servers and we all agree it looks like the Halo Assault Rifle and vomits bullets like one except it's pinpoint as heck.
Can't wait to try the buffed version and get my 1km kill record with this.

MrWong cant even post the quickest F2000 build video without having it already slightly outdated :D Although I think all the buffs only make good recoil even better, so there is no change to build needed. I had the same thing, I tested this gun out and I've benn like "okay, it's not bad, but it wont compete" and also died a lot with it. Today I woke up to buffed F2000 and did 2.5 KD on District, very good as for me :D I agree with the type of playstyle you suggest and cant wait to put slip scope on it!
Love my PP going to love the F. Stream was great to watch and to play. I liked the other dudes chatter like gamedev. I reckon Stream Sundays could be a thing
This gun has such a distinct sound, and literally EVERYONE is using it lol.
Every match sounds like I'm surrounded by firecrackers going off.
I also really really enjoyed playing with this gun. I never felt the need to switch to another scope and when I did, it's felt kind of strange, as if I had to aim higher, and I felt it messed with my muscle memory. Although that may be just me. I had the most problems with this gun when encountering multiple enemies in a stack, it just doesn't quite seem to get the damage in when emptying a mag into a pile of people. While, when 'carving out a space', with enemies trickling in, this gun really stopped people and I had no trouble at all getting kills. It performed reasonably well over a distance, although hard to single tap in auto mode, that was the way to go beyond 100 meters. Small bursts worked but felt a bit sloppy, and a bit of a waste of bullets. One big downside is that this gun take up a lot of screen real estate when running and moving around, it is really big.
It’s interesting, I mostly agree with this, assuming multiple enemies means more than 3. After the recent buff, in my personal experience, the gun handled 2v1s fairly well while I was flanking and solo fighting, and struggled a bit when I got to the third person. Anything past that the gun doesn’t have the DPS for, at least due to the fire rate, which empties the mag too fast to save enough bullets for them. Only things is I didn’t have the same issue with screen real estate that you had, and I will say I have never really liked the default sight on the F2000 too much due to the issue you described, since it can screw with muscle memory from my experience in BF4.

I thought I would enjoy the HK419 the most this patch, but the f2000 just feels so good to use I actually prefer it in most cases. Just goes to show how comfortability can make weapons viable over raw DPS
I also found it very enjoyable to use and sonetimes Id just spray in general direction of enemies far away and get kills no way I was expecting to get xd
And now they buffed it, its amazing
Absolutely love this gun, most fun I've had in this game since launch. Might finally have a gun to main, haven't found anything that clicked quite as well as F2000. Also really like the unique sight. Tried it out a couple of times and planned to can it once I got Red Dot but ended up sticking to it. F2000 sight has extra zoom, I think it's 1.5x. Whatever it is, liked it and I'm still using it.
The TTK box actually was harder to see on my side. The numbers and words are much clearer, but the box itself is darker and tended to blend with the gameplay in the background. I can't distinctly remember the TTK box being hard to see in the other videos, but I never thought about it until now which I take as the box being fine up till this video. Isn't bad though, luckily didn't unsubscribe because of it. Probably means you're doing something right lol.
I think what would help the TTK chart is to add a faded out black background behind it. Not super dark, pretty translucent, but just a bit of darkness can let the chart pop out from the BG. I'd also make the chart smaller since that darker background would help enough to let you scale it down and take up less of the screen. You also don't want the darker BG covering all the gameplay so scaling it down would help.
Wrote a lot but yeah did video class and edited a bit so thought I'd help in some way. Keep popping off brother.

some day ago only my squad do a holdout on point A or something with only a few building on the hill on this map, we hold that point so long that reinforcement really come after like 8-10 minutes and take that point completely

So it isn't just me that thinks the audio got jacked up too much. Shots are waaay loud. All it sounds like most of the time is a herd of toddlers wrecking a pot and pan factory...

at first i thought the damage was too low (it is lol) but i soon realized i could land nice long shot strings and it evened out. post buff its VERY nice. i was maintaining high kd but also able to kill multiple targets in a row due to the 35 rds so my kpm is improving without giving up kd. its so easy to get multiple headshots in a row now. i cannot wait to unlock the flir for a nice round of district or tensa for some predator style fighting.
the f2k basic sight is probably the best in the game for a first sight.
lookin forward to your thoughts on the g3 (only thing im sad about is no 6x scope so i cant do assault + full auto g3 + 6x glint meme build, confusing the hell outta ppl in the process.)
I had a go at G3, but went back to M14. IMO if you can aim, M14 is just better in every way accept the stupid 14rd mag (so don't miss!). If you're aim is a little dodgy, then the SCAR might be better than the G3. I dunno, I just don't see where it fits in.

I think it's amazing. The fire rate reminds me of Honey Badger, but the range is much deadlier. I happened to score kills with it that are impossible with any other gun for me maybe except for SCAR-H.
I’m way to use to using the faster ttk weapons most of the fights I take with this thing I lose but it doesn’t feel too bad to use if you get a good flank unnoticed.

Spent yesterdsy grinding it. Its pretty darn weak, but i love the recoil.

I'm used to 3 hit btk from the ak15, scar, and ebr but this is giving me a 5-6 hit btk and so it just feels super underpowered despite me doing probably only doing slightly worse.

the default sight gives you like 35 control which is weird

@@f_i_z the most i've heard is it reduces scope sway, which doesn't make any sense for a 2x sight. I've been thinking it might be about how much your gun goes to center after you move, or how much you 'reset' after a shot, but I don't think it's that either.
but it's just so funny that it gives you THAT MUCH of a seemingly worthless stat.
it's very hard to test, though -- very few guns have control stats you can manipulate without also having to add/reduce horizontal and vertical recoil.
after some testing there's a chance that it affects how much your gun will vertically recoil in the same direction -- planetside 2 has a similar stat. So it MIGHT help with vertical recoil, especially on the m249, but it's just so hard to tell because everything that affects control significantly also affects recoil, or it's the fs2000 which already barely has any horiz. recoil.
@@NireBryce this is probably wrong but it's highly possible it could change the recoil pattern of a gun, or maybe it has to do with how far your gun moves from center during hipfire (it shifts when you move your mouse left or right)
@@mac_sour I tried those, they don't seem to have an effect. I think most of the people who say it affects recoil forget that all the attachments to tweak it also change the recoil statistics so it's very hard to test
