I actually think it's really cool when a skilled player switches to the team that's getting stomped and tries to turn things around. And as a viewer, it's interesting to see how you approach battles when your team is struggling to control the map. Gives more opportunities for educational insights I think.
an alternative way to deal with the recoil of this gun is to up your vertical sensitivity to like 1.5x or 2x what you ussaly have it at, then it feels the same as any other gun
I made my vertical ads sens 2x than my horizontal from rank20 so i could spray 100rounds with m249 with single pull. Kept using m249 until i hit 100 so the sens became muscle memory. When i picked up evo, beside the first 5 kills which were nightmare, it wasnt that bad when i got hang of the recoil with kobra sight because i couldnt see where im shooting with red dot. So far i got over 800kills and absolutely love it

I think yelling for a medic is harmless. I usually think people doing it are just role-playing for a little extra fun. I don’t think they’re being self-important or anything. Bit of a harsh decision to not res there, but it only denied yourself XP because the match ended immediately afterward anyway.
I find that most people don't get lots of kills with the Evo because uptime is pretty low with how you just spray through mags and it's pretty useless in most people hands VS enemy's that have a bit of distance or cover. Also the gun punishes missing very heavily with how quickly you dump the mag. this has me putting this gun much lower on my tier list. I often choose the Fal over the Evo in alot of head on cqc situations because the ttk is still extremely fast with heavy barrel and with good pre-aim and leaning the downsides of a slower gun is rarely an issue. The play style ends up being very similar because they both require alot of pushing a few people head on then stopping to heal and reload. Also you get the massive benefit of the Fal being a beast at many ranges even medium-long range with tap firing due to it's very low first shot recoil and crazy damage. Great video as always ❤
I find that using kobra or holo sight instead of red dot at the beginning much better until you get used to the recoil. Because the reticles are bigger, you can actually see where you are shooting instead of losing the red dot while trying to control the recoil. I also noticed that if you are taking fights within 30m or indoor duels, b25 urk is much better than vertical as you need better reload speed and draw speed so you can go back to action 0.5s faster why? Due to its kinda slowish normal reload and slow draw speed, it will slow you down lets say 0.5s longer (without urk grip) per fight and since you can take multiple duels with it + medic class, that 0.5s add up fast and time doesnt wait you in cqc focused fights. In nutshell urban fight = urk grip, bit more open map = vertical grip. Also hipfire on evo is so strong in face2face cqc engagements.

I’d say this is below the vector on the tier list since even though it is very strong in the right hands, the average or even above average players will not be able to use this gun past like 10m consistently. The gun is also much less useable before the vertical grip which is at 280 kills and a lot of players wouldn’t want to sit through that since they could just use something of similar power that is easier to use(mp5, p90, ect). But nonetheless this gun is extremely fun to use and I’ve gotten a lot better and more consistent with the gun now that I’m at around 600 kills with it but it is amusing they didn’t add it to the assault class because that would absolutely make it overpowered and useable for the vast majority of players. I would also say the gun feels kinda inconsistent since sometimes I’ll be able to beam someone from 70m out but then other times it kicks extremely hard even at only like 30m which feels a bit wonky.
Yeah I do get that inconsistency feeling, for me the two things that high vertical recoil makes harder is hitting smaller targets (duh but it's still true) and also its very hard to track moving targets, so when I use the evo sometimes players who are doing simple movement can dodge my shots with the EVO
And also its hard as to judge weapons in games because they all will feel different to different players, but the only consistency is how the best players feel because they are the ones who can change to fit a guns strength, I think when I eventually do a tier list I am gonna try and find a way to appeal to both crowds

@@tonomrwong obviously it's hard to do it in this game since there is no ranked yet but it tends to be best that there is a high elo and low elo tier list like league of legends since skill ceiling and skill floor makes some weapons end up a lot lower or higher in some cases but it is good to see how people like you with a good amount of time on all the weapons feels about things since you'll most likely be right or very close to right so when you make one I have no doubt that it will appease both crowds.

For me, hip fire is just fine. Maybe because the gun has a lot of recoil but the model doesnt move up that much, it gives off the feeling that its twice the recoil when ads.
Maybe because it takes more skill to use. The P90 and other low recoil guns are used most. Outliers seem to be scar,evo,and some other AR despite being really good are avoided. I love the SCAR but I'm not great at aiming and I get punished for when I make really good shots due to how Headshot dmg is done,range falloff etc, and still do ok break even 20/20 or 20/18 lol but people who are good at the game work magic with it. I imagine If you work at it guns like the EVO are worth it.
My default is 2x and from my experience, i've been lasering people within 50m with vertical and within 30m without it. However, if you are dedicated to evo, you are gonna struggle to use other guns again as you will over pull quite a lot
any tips for unlocking the vert grip in the first place? i just hit 150 the other day and i found the recoil completely unmanageable so i gave up on it to keep on unlocking stuff for others

do you think its ever worth increasing the vertical mouse sensitivity when using this gun to make pulling down easier?
I personally have not exxperimented with this just because I wouldnt want my aim to be off, but that doesnt mean its a bad idea!

Boy it's tough, only tips I can give is only bring this gun out on frugis and Salhan and just only shoot people in the same building as yourself

I've been told this gun is good to learn recoil control if your not good at it. Since once you can control it all other weapons are easy.
