Recently I applied for my APS certificate on 27th april 2024. There i have submitted my provisional certificate which i got on 23 rd june 2023. I thought a provisional certificate is enough. Later I have seen that it must not be older than one year from the date of issue on the APS website. It had a two months gap. Is there any problem or it leads to rejection . I am very worried about this. On 30 april 2024 today I got my original bachelor's degree. so, I made my professor send support to my APS certification process via mail . He sent my original degree and all remaining documents once with my token number and submission ID. so, did they accept this situation or not. kindly clarify this query

If your planning for bachelors test as is required and for aps process language is not needed but you will be needing the goethe certificate further

If you haven't paid the fees, you can create new APS account with all correct details

Is it mandatory that I should apply for an APS only after taking the IELTS and German language exams? Also what's the difference between the individual marksheets of each semester and the so called transcripts? Could you please clarify?
You can apply without IELTS and german language for APS, now coming to individual semester marksheets are the memos you get each semester completion and transcripts are those which you will apply to externally in your university and your university provides the memos copies which will be helpful for you to send for verification universities in Germany you apply.

First I selected the Pay later option but as per the latest guidelines you can make online payment if you have selected the offline method earlier. Accordingly I have made the payment through online mode and I can see the payment status "completed". Do I have to worry?
If payment status is completed then you can processed with further process.
I just submitted my details on aps but accidentally selected pay later and now i am unable to login . Should i worry or would they activate my account? And if yes then in what time frame so that i could pay the fee
And do we have to send the documents after payment is completed cause there was no option where we had to submit documents online.
Also , as my account is not activated yet can i resubmit the details with payment this time or should i wait? Or will it cause a clash of similar details from different email accounts?

We dont know what verification email APS asks to your college, what details APS asks to your college tell them to provide that.

Hii there, For APS at least you need a provisional certificate while sending the documents, so you can apply only after completing your bachelors
I am also in 8 th sem and it’s completely fine to apply for aps with 7 semesters marksheet but provide them a bonafide certificate stating that you will be completing your 8th sem in so and so month
