I am into a huge problem related to APS. I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents. The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name. So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name. I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them. What should I do? , Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??
My provisional certificate is issued last year August(2023) , Can I now submit that for APS?Cuz its older than an year... Or should i go with course completion certificate, since I was not provided with degree certificate ? Please do reply..and also can we staple two papers each for each semester marksheet.

Hii, contact the customer care of APS info@aps-india.de, send all the details of payment and also the login credentials that you have registered for APS and Moreover, send the mail to APS with your registered mail, which is nothing but the email that you have given while filling the application form.

Hi, you have to mention the correct duration of your B.E degree regardless of enrollment if your Degree is 3years mention only 3years in Bachelor's field and in diploma field fill the diploma duration of years

Later I have seen that it must not be older than one year from the date of issue on the APS website. It had a two months gap. Is there any problem or it leads to rejection . I am very worried about this. On 30 april 2024 today I got my original bachelor's degree. so, I made my professor send support to my APS certification process via mail . He sent my original degree and all remaining documents once with my token number and submission ID. so, did they accept this situation or not. kindly clarify this query

Don't worry, once try and login to your account if your able to login then your transaction is successful.

Noo, you can't apply for APS before IELTS / TOFEL. Because it is mandatory for APS document Checklist.
