Hey, it was helpful and informative video, i would like to add some important point here which might not be known to some students,
I currently also in the same process of APS i registered on 27th November, and one week ago(11th JAN) i asked my college professor to mail them to verify my details and marksheets (as i was concerned about my APS getting late)
Today 16th JAN i received a call for verification where they asked me for my student portal if i have any on my college website, (which i didn't) , later i mentioned professor has mailed already for my verification to APS Mail ID,
they said we haven't received any mail, and the problem was mail size, the mail size should be within 1MB in total or else they wont receive any mail from your professor . Please keep this in mind. But no need to worry they will ask you to send mail from another professors email. (And your professor's mail id should end with .edu.in) only educational mails are allowed, rest mails they will reject opening. I experienced this today so i thought to mention and share if anyone is not knowing this.

Sent documents on 10 April reach to Delhi on 13 April... Got call from Aps office on 20 April for primary verification & on 29 April got call for final verification on 30 April got mail to inform me my verification is done & I will get my Aps within few hours...on 3 May I received aps certificate.

Paid an online payment on March 6th, 2024, sent my scanned color copies of documents and reached out to Delhi on 12th March, got verification mail on 30th April ( they sent it to the college but they didn't respond to it ), may 10th APS mailed me regarding this, I contacted my college and they responded and replied to verification on May 11th and I reply mailed them with the login credentials of my college portal, I didn't get any call from them, got APS clearance mail on May 13th morning and got my APS certificate on May 13th evening....Thankyou :)
Are we not supposed to send the real documents to aps office? Or scanned docs are fine

One tip is add a sheet explaining how to log in to ur university portal and verify details, give ur professors .edu id. That should do.

you can apply with 7 sem marksheets. that doesnt make any difference in speed of processing

Hi All, one doubt, APS checklist says that we need to submit Class 10th and 12th "marksheet" and "certificate", but since I completed my CBSE class 10th & 12th in the year 2015-17, we were, I guess provided with only "marksheet", can you all share your submission part of your 10th & 12th doc as whats with the "certificate" thing exactly ?

Not really, just check if your college is ugc certified or not and if it is you can apply for aps

I was also facing the same trouble .I talked to the my college principal about it and handover a letter which mentions all my details and a xerox of leaflet of aps requirements which clearly mention about the domain email required for aps else it would be rejected and even highlighted it then She referred me to the administrative office I explained them everything again. Praveen Sir called the web developer who was handling our college website in response he told he will purchase it and update college website in two days but after waiting for a week .I wrote an email to the web developer about the scenario and the very next day I received an email about updated domain email on our college website. I hope this will help.

In APS website’s FAQ, it says not compulsory but it’s always better to send IELTS/TOEFL SCORE.
Aps not updating status on aps progress , applicants are tired to get status from them .

My professor responded to their email for verification on 2nd DEC but I received a mail from APS that "As per the verification process we have already send an email to the college or University but we have not received any response let.
So Kindly contact to your college to respond our verification mail or share us the professors email id or student login id and password." on 15th Dec.
So I asked my professor to reply once again and she did.
I received the mail from APS again saying that they not received any response.
What do I do now?
Hi Shravani, I have applied for APS on 9th March and still haven't received the email saying that my account has been activated yet. When I try to login with the credentials i created it says "incorrect login credentials".

Hi recieved my aps certificate verified it using digiseal however I don't see any changes in the seal of the certificate isn't it supposed to change a bit after verification like in adhaar u get a tick mark after u verify but my aps certificate just looked the same and the status said verified successfully . Is it supposed to look the same after verifying it at digi seal/ adobe?

is giving the professor's email ID necessary? i graduated in 2018, and its been a long time since i had any contact with my college. Id rather prefer this Digilocker method. Also i cleared TestDaf with 5,5,5,4(C1) and since i prefer a german taught program, i am gonna add it and thing is how are they gonna verify it? Call the Testdaf institute??

Same happened with me I applied for APS on 25 November 2023..i got my first call from APS on 8th January to uossue my documents in digilocker then the official sent me the OTP I received the OTP My University is Chaudhary Charan Singh University,Meerut.. and it is showing server issue and is temporarily unavailable when i try to issue my documents into digilocker..
I got the call from APS today again and now they are saying they will verify from my university and mail to the registrar and they asked me to inform them to reply to the verification email..but i dont know how to confirm whether someone from my university will reply to the email..please suggest something...

Mam I have done from a college which is affiliated to CCS University,Meerut It is a state government University and many colleges in Uttar Pradesh and under its affiliation.. I have already asked my college to send the verification email from my college and they have sent it on 8 December 2023, but the APS official said they only want the verification from my university... How can I make sure that they will reply to the email and who is the right person to contact??The official from APS said that you may request the Registrar for the verification but the officials in the university do not respond that easily..I am really worried due to this unnecessary delay..

Hi I'm Divya I purchasing degree in amity university Bca after completion of my degree I was planning to come Germany to do masters which course is best and what was the way to come can you explain or reply me?
From the time of payment until receiving the completion verification email, the process took place within the period of November 28th, 2023, to January 25th, 2024. Despite the procedure remaining unchanged, APS confirmed the completion of verification and mentioned that it would only take a few hours to receive the digital certificate. However, it has been four days since then, and I have not received any communication from APS via email.
please check spam folder or whether you've given your correct, in-use email ID and please write to them as well regarding this.
@@BAMEChiragpI believe it took 5 days from the day i emailed them last. The university verification actually took 20 days to get verified since the university does not have Digilocker, causing a slight delay. I sent over 5 mails about this and vice versa.

1) I am in my 8th sem and still haven't been admitted into any German university yet. Should I apply for the APS?
2) As it is mentioned you need to give the email of a professor. So is this email of my current professors or would it be the email of the professors of the university I will be applying to?
1. APS is mandatory for applying for masters in Germany
2. email ID of the professor of your department of your current university. Additionally that email should contain the university domain i.e., .edu.in

Hi, I am yet to apply for APS. When applying for university, Is APS mandatory during the application process or can I provide it after I receive the admit card. By the time I receive the APS, some universities may close the application window. Thanks for the reply.

I did attach my TOEFL score card as one of the documents because I'm applying for English taught courses.
If you are applying for German taught courses, then you should have B2 Goethe certificate.

@@GouravRC account will be activated even before the payment is done. You’ll receive an email about payment, if you’ve done it then ignore. You can send the docs a few days later after with payment receipt.

I havent entered my professor's email id in the beginning. how do i add it now. i have paid the fees and sent my documents via courier.
Not sure about editing the application part.
You can edit the application, I mentioned my name as per the academic documents later I realised it should be as per the passport. Then I edited my application and resent the documents, today (25/01/2024 i received my APS certificate.

Actually there's no option to get semesters marksheets and passport in DigiLocker.

If yes then I don’t think uploading them in drive is required but still let’s not take any chance and I think you can upload them and keep it.

You need to submit only photocopies in colour of the documents and NO originals has to be sent.
As it was not mentioned on the checklist, I have sent black and white photocopies 😢, will that be an issue?

Hi. Thank you for the informative video. I made my payment on 18th January and received the verification mail on 19th Jan. Then I couriered my documents and received yet another activation mail on 8th February. Its been one month almost now that I haven't received either any call nor the email regarding the certificate. I received my certificate in 2 months, don’t worry, you’ll get it if everything you’ve submitted is right and if not as well they will contact you for the same.

@@shraavniiithe provisional certificate means the semester marksheet right?
Provide transcripts and/or mark sheets of your completed semesters and additionally obtain a bonafide certificate from your university/college to confirm that you have enrolled as a student in their institution and still pursuing your studies.
Provisional degree certificate(pdc) is a temporary certificate the university gives until you get the original degree certificate. For this you should have completed all 8 semesters.
The pdc looses its value once you obtain an original one.

can be two months or even lesser than that. But don't worry you'll get your certificate if everything that you've sent are right.
Hi dear. My son studied in mangalore university. His percentage is 54%. Can he apply for master in germany. And which certificates are need to aps
If he knows German from B2- C2 level he has good chances. If not chances are quite low. For aps certificate he needs degree certificate ( or provisional degree issued within last year) along with marksheets and also class 12 marksheets. Also needs passport ,aadhar, and photocopies

Recently I applied for my APS certificate on 27th april 2024. There i have submitted my provisional certificate which i got on 23 rd june 2023. I thought a provisional certificate is enough. Later I have seen that it must not be older than one year from the date of issue on the APS website. It had a two months gap. Is there any problem or it leads to rejection . I am very worried about this. On 30 april 2024 today I got my original bachelor's degree. so, I made my professor send support to my APS certification process via mail . He sent my original degree and all remaining documents once with my token number and submission ID. so, did they accept this situation or not. kindly clarify this query as soon as possible sir.

I am in the process of preparing my documents for APS verification. However, I have encountered a concern regarding my degree certificate. My provisional certificate was issued over a year ago, and I understand it may no longer be valid for the verification process.
While I have not yet received a physical copy of my degree certificate from the university, I do have access to the original certificate through Digilocker. Could you please confirm if the Digilocker-issued degree certificate is acceptable for APS verification?

Does not having a space in between initials in my degree certificate affect where as I have spaces in my identity cards during APS
