My camera doesn't have instructions. I don't know why it wasn't in the box when it came in the mail.
I have an adapter with mine but the two prongs are different and the instructions doesn't even explain how to use it....

Hello, you need to scan the QR code on the camera that you have. That line going up and down is scanning for that code.
Help bro... In camera settings, intelligent track is not showing up
It depends on the region of where your app is downloaded from. I have seen it as "smart tracking" and intelligent tracking. They serve the same purpose.

Sorry i didnt reply here. Did you format the SD card on the camera? If not or you are having trouble do a FAT32 format from your PC
can you retrieve past footage from long ago if ever you decide to buy cloud storage recording just recently?
If it was stored on the SD card and it hasn't been over written yet, then yes. If you did the FREE test cloud storage before but didn't buy it when it expired then unfortunately they will purge those recording. Plus take note that the cloud packages are based on days even the FREE one I think only keeps the video for 3 days before it overwrites itself. Hope this helps.

The subscription is in the APP you dont need a code if you did it will send it to your email. Delete the camera from your account first before you readd.
Can u use it without WiFi?? And if not does it use quite a bit of Data? Because I only have a hotspot.
no that is the only way of connection. It wont use external data if you are not on it or have it going to cloud. But if you are logged in etc you will use data.

go to the app there is a gear on the top right when you are viewing the camera. Then you will see Image rollover 180. This will flip the image.

Did you check reset button on the camera itself? When you press and hold it, it should say reset successful. Or change the power brick, I know its weird for 2 to go bad but maybe?

Hi I recently purchased a fortress Smart PTZ Battery Camera . I have been successful in all,but the last step. The configuration process.
Within the two minutes of scanning the device ,it just kept on spinning along with the countdown.It never went on to register on cloud nor did it initialize the device. Asking for some assistance A.S.A.P.
All the demerit points where checked.
1.Device was connected to a network.
2.Wifi is 2.4G.
3.Wifi was verified.
4.After scanning the code a beep was heard.
5.Bothe the device and phone was close to the router.
When you add family member, you put their nickname or you nickname?
Whatever you want to put on there. It's not user name specific.
I paired wifi and camera, scanned the QR code, accepted all good. It's showing me its online, the voice accepted, but its not showing my room in the view. It keeps loading and shows a default view room with flowers. The small icons under the view frame are not highlighted: volume, mic, video, etc. I cannot select them.

I bought one of them, the main function description says Two Way Audio but only can hear the camera from the phone, can not speak from the phone to the camera, only one way hearing the camera from the phone
You must press the Mic button while you talk!
How do you set up more than 1 camera on a single cloud storage account (avoiding having to have separate accounts for each and every camera)?
You can simply add it into the same account. There is a + sign on the top right corner of the app there you can add other cameras.
I dont recommend using provided cloud service.
Is cloud service secure from out side?

Power usually causes this. Try to change your power brick that is connected on your USB cable.

You simply just login with the same user name and password or you can share it to another email or phone number
Can i use powerbank?
Yes you can but not sure for now long. That will vary depending on the size of the powerbank etc.

I believe this is so it automatically flips when you put the camera upside down.
