I always feel something like a mourning for liuft Huron. He was such an impactful force for good in the imperium and worked so hard just to be set up by the inquisition and the high lords. The maelstrom zone was becoming a second realm of ultramar scenario. Imperium tertius. Guilliman must be so sickened by the pettiness of the imperial bureaucracy

well for a voice that should only be cast by Sigourney Weaver you actually did a pretty good job on the sisters... besides that, this Huron character is what an amazing bastard, on five points bad ass he goes up like seven, i was poking around on the web sometimes ago and happened to come across some 50k and 60k concepts, the way Huron is kicking ass all over the galaxy he actually kinda deserves to have his Eastern Chaos empire as they indicated on their 50k timeline... it's nothing official but it was fun to surf over...
I read a 50k and 60k fan written story. It was really good. Im assuming its the same story you mentioned and huron ended up as abaddons enemy. It had the star father and loads of great stuff but it was never completed as far as i know

Love your work, big fan. And yes, your female voice was funny, but my question is, and it is open to anybody since it is rhetorical in nature- why was the Order so easy to overrun? There was no: warning, heavy weapons, armor, air units, penitent engines, reinforcements, celestians, seraphims, retributors, dominions, advances, etc. ? Also it seems to me that any canoness or prioress would have a large melta bomb on hand to prevent an individual of such stature from falling into the hands of an enemy, especially chaos, or from being overrun.
well not all convents have big armiers with all the stuff this is a sepearte convent so you know these worlds done necessarily have all the same gear or set up. even space marines dont have the same armament
@@ABorderPrince I figured as much, that's why 'The Avenging Son' penned the Codex for the Astartes. One has to feel for those backwater worlds; who, with their meager resources, albeit a temple with well guarded walls, has little chance of a proper defence. Thanks for the response mate!
And years from now should you ever come out as trans, at least we'll know where you found the time to do all that voice training. Amazing work! Thanks for the lovely story.
Nah, Armanneus Valthex , the aforementioned marine, is aptly named "The patriarch of the Forge". It merely hints that his help in powering up Huron, was a step he had to make to fulfill his own pact with another power of the warp. (Probably Abaddon or another cabal). It simply means that Huron is not the only one prone to betrayals.... as they say, once a traitor, always a traitor.

I read this comment just before that line lmao
