Gurllll - I was on the struggle bus with that hanger in the back - I could not get that hanging part to slide in until I watched this and you showed how to push it down and make it adjustable! I already run a huge Cascade filter but this is a supplemental filter I got (I have a 75 gallon tank and a turtle - she's a messy/stinky girl.....lol) so fingers crossed this will help with the water being clearer/cleaner longer. Thank you!!!!
My issue is that when I have it hanging by the Hook and I turn on the filter, the wait of the water now flowing through it, it makes the filter slide completely off the hook and into the tank.. and when I use the Suction Cups(they work a little better) I’ll have the cups completely pushed into the holes as far as possible and it seem like it would be quite difficult for even me to remove them, but the moment I turn the filter on, the water forces itself through the suction cup holes...
40i filter is 10.5 inch long.Both are almost same.It is recommended to have Minimum 2 inch gap between the filter bottom and the floor. 20i filter is 10.19 inch long .My tank is 14 inches long and the filter fits perfectly

It will fit a 20 gallon perfectly. The Aquarium shown in this video is a 20 gallon tank.
