Or you can work for UPS, work your way up to driver, do it for 4 years to get to top pay, make 49$ an hour and take your time on the road not busting your ass/possibly getting injured to finish early to get the same pay for 10 hour in 2.

Yeah no, you don't need any commercial driving experience to be a UPS driver. What you do need to do is bust ass in a warehouse for a couple years until a driving position opens up, and then after that you need to wait until an RPCD position opens up and you only get top rate which is currently 45 an hour after 4 years of driving. If you're going to recommend a shitty non union job at least state facts.

This literally made me cringe. You can’t just get hired as a driver off the street at UPS anymore. Regardless of experience. UPS didn’t run over Athena Strand and dump her by the river, FedEx did. I don’t know why anyone would want to work for a subcontractor making less. It’s embarrassing.
