Amazing talent and an equally amazing youngster. Jake played live in both Youth Arts Forum kids helping kids NYC concerts in 2009 and 2010. He is truly the real deal. We are proud to have Jake as a valued YAF member and look forward to seeing him again in November in NYC. Barry YAf
Someone told me Doug lost his singing voice a while back. But he is still a presence on stage directing traffic. It a shame cause he was the voice of MTB him and Toy
Wow! Great stuff by this kid, who is an adult now. I hope you are still rockin,my boy,and showing kid's All over They can too. You were MOST excellent then, you must be Incredible Now!! Must say,MTB, NOT SO IMPRESSED WITH HERE. I'VE SEEN THEM AT VENUES, MUCH BETTER!!
Doug lost his voice many many years ago. Had vocal cord surgery and it came back some but not much….the band took a hit when Toy & Tommy’s younger brother Butch was tragically killed and then Tommy less than a month later. Toy was never the same after that. Franklin Wilkie was good on the bass but he wasn’t Tommy. Tommy was the frontman of the band and you could tell it by how much he was missed…shows now are good time shows mixed in with audience participation…….
Awesome. Hope you’re still played till this day young man
MAN!!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S THE FIRST TIME IVE SEEN THIS!!!!!!!!! THAT JAKE HAD IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great 👍 I did this as a kid at Studio One in Doraville GA

Sound quality isn't up to par for this great band 😖
I know! It sucks! Someone screwed up I guess!
Let's have the big guy guitarist stand right in front of the kid so we can't see him play...how about some zoom closeup shots..kids big .break..ruined
DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THE MARSHALL TUCKER BAND I SAW BACK IN THE 70'S !!! NOT SURE WHAT THE SOUND LIKE MAYBE A GARAGE BAND..
Lousy sound playback. So much great music is totally ruined by terrible recording, poor quality equipment, etc. Yep.
it was at leadt 40 yrs ago before all your new technolgy was invented, and look , people were having fun without a phone in there hands.
my mistake, 40 yrs ago was better quality, lol
Yep.
Doug shouldn’t be using their name
Their name ? He was an original founding member and bought all the rights to MTB so I’m confused 🤔 I’m glad he’s carrying the torch and so should you
